Great condo and setup. Very well stocked. Comfortable beds. Big bathrooms. Great kitchen. The balcony was nice and spacious as well. Everything worked as it should. Will definitely book here again!!

Unfortunately, this particular unit was not at all up to our expectations for our 4th stay at Rosemary Beach. As you can see from the attached pics, the unit was dirty in several areas include extreme mold in the bathrooms, failing electronics, dripping noises in the ceilings. We spent way too much time trying to communicate with three different parties just trying to get the combination to unlock the bikes. One of the outlets in the second bedroom was missing its cover. To top it off, my son injured three fingers at one of the pools thanks to a faulty lounge chair and Rosemary Beach offered nothing in terms of compensation or even an apology. Doubt we will go back, especially not to this poorly maintained condo.

We loved this space. Our host was super communicative and the condo was exactly as described. It was well-stocked, too. We want to come back!

Clean property in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and just a two minute walk to the shops in Rosemary Beach.

We came to the area for softball but this house helped it feel like a real vacation! It was well kept and a great location. We will be back!

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The condo was a perfect fit for us and our two kids ages 6 and 3. Very comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, stocked kitchen, lovely and comfortable living area and beautiful top view from the large porch. Some fun family games, beach chairs and toys, wonderful location tucked in a quiet area of Rosemary - it had it all! Everything exceed our expectations and Alice was an absolute pleasure to work with. We can't wait to return! Thank you again!

Beautiful place! Host Alice was beyond helpful! She was so essy to reach and her kindess is unmatched. The place was perfect for us! Absolutely relaxing. Great parking! Only thing would be good is to add a couple more chairs to the wonderful patio! We will return

Over all really nice. The decor and feel was great right a way. The beds were comfortable. Small space but felt roomy. The deck was a favorite as the weather was mild and allowed for a lot of time out there.

Beautifully decorated, quiet street. Really lovely part of Rosemary. The condo was perfect. If we ever return to Rosemary we will definitely stay there. Just a warning though for people coming to the community... the police in Rosemary were very scary and we spent most of our trip watching them scream at children in the street and hunt them down in the allies at night from the balcony. It was a very stressful environment. I'm not sure if something has happened to make them like this but we never saw children acting bad or being loud. The behavior of the police did not match the environment. Our children were anxious the entire time and we were constantly worried we were going to break a rule we didn't know about in the community and get in trouble.

Everything about this trip was perfect. The condos location is so peaceful, yet still right near everything. The bikes were my family’s favorite!! The property manager, Alice, was so responsive and kind. We’ve been to a lot of places and this was by far our favorite. We are already planning our trip to come back!

The condo was a perfect place for our family of 4. Close to the beach and town and the 2 bikes included were great to get out and see some of the other beach towns.

We loved our stay. The condo was within walking/biking distance to the pool, beach, shopping, and restaurants. The condo was clean and very peaceful. We will stay here again, no doubt.

This beautiful condo is located in Rosemary Beach as described and it was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Rosemary Beach is lovely and we enjoyed walking to meet our family members at the beach and restaurants. The condo has a washer and dryer which was very convenient. There are also three televisions which was nice. There’s parking in a parking lot behind the building which we really appreciated. The condo is beautiful and the surrounding area is very nice. There are several swimming pools available for use and they have nice lounge chairs with umbrellas. We could not be more pleased with our stay.

2 spacious bedrooms + a sectional sofa/den/porch...perfect spot for a small family vacay

I stayed here with 3 of my friends for an annual girls trip. We had an excellent time and loved the location of the condo! Pros: -communication with the property manager was great, she was very responsive and helpful -we appreciated that ability to check in and early once housekeeping was done and check out an hour later! Especially since she we all flew in and flight times weren’t aligned with check in and check out -location! 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops, etc. in Rosemary Beach. 7-10 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to Alys Beach. We did not rent a car and only used Ubers for the airport (30-40 mins away) -place was clean, modern, and enough space for a group of 4! We loved having two bathrooms and the pull out bed option. Also enjoyed the balcony. Cons -toiletries were a bit limited for 4 people over 4 nights, we ended up having to purchase body wash and TP! This is totally fine but not something we've come across prior. Overall, we’d stay here again and had a great experience!

We loved this property so much last year, we booked it again for our rosemary beach trip this year. My kids, wife and I had an amazing experience, again! The apartment is tastefully decorated, fully equipped, spacious, and spotless clean. The balcony view oversees trees, and being on the top floor feels private. It's very well located. Steps away from center square, and a pleasant 10min walk to the beach. Alice, the property manager, was easy to communicate with and very helpful answering questions, ensuring we had a great stay We hope to be back again!
