Rosemary Beach Condo Overlooking Town Square

Great location near beach, restaurants and shops

We had the best trip & we highly recommend this unit! We needed 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms for 4 adults. It was perfection..way better than the pics. Close to all the things! We've stayed in lots of great places in Rosemary, but this one tops them all!

The location is the absolute best! We enjoyed the layout of the floor plan, which was perfect for our group of 2 couples. We felt the slip covers on the sofas needed a good wash and the area rugs were pretty spotted up upon arrival. New bed pillows needed, but beds were very comfortable. Just a few things needed attention! The kitchen was fully equipped and appreciated the upscale appliances. Nicely appointed kitchen with quality pans, utensils etc! Made cooking not so bad. Loved hanging out on the balcony people watching. Would suggest cushions on all the hard seating. Overall pretty nice digs! The starter packs were a very thoughtful perk!

The property was great and as advertised. Location is excellent and close to everything you need with an easy walk to the beach and pools. The host was proactive and thorough, sent along arrival, stay and departure instructions.

This was our second time staying at the property and we love it. Already looking for dates to come again soon!

Loved the location, which is a 2 minute walk to great restaurants, the beach and shopping! We have a 2 month old, so easy and fast access to everything we wanted was key! We had an issue with one of the 3 toilets and as soon as we reached out, a technician was sent to assist.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Very nicely decorated and the two upper master bedrooms is an excellent feature for two couples. The location is fantastic. On the square, close to shops, restaurants and the farmers market (Sundays). While the management company has some challenging reviews, we have no complaints and will stay here again.

This was our second time staying there this year and we thoroughly enjoy it there. Location can’t be beat, amenities are great. Very spacious condo, having the two masters upstairs was perfect for us.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The condo is accurately described and photographed. You’ll not find any surprises or disappointments when you arrive. It’s very clean and safe. The location is right in the center of the town square and less than a five minute walk to the beach. The staff were attentive and accommodating. We’ll definitely be returning.

The property looked the same in person as in the pictures. Short walk to the beach. The beds were great, the ac worked great.

Great location but road noise is a little high. Steps can be challenge as 2 BR /washer upstairs. House needs super clean. Upholstery covers, rugs, walls dirty. Cooktop fan VERY gross. Probably would not rent again.
