I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was very nice and well maintained. Access was easy for us to come and go to different locations. Access to beach was perfect. The entire complex is very well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to staying again next year.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was small but perfect for three of us. It was nice and clean (except for the dirty diaper left in the bathroom trash) and I was impressed that the kitchen had everything we needed, plus extra! Could have definitely used more toiletries. One small shampoo, conditioner and soap for 3 people for 4 days was definitely not enough.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025We have attend SF for many years. Your location was perfect for us, walking distance from the beach to be part of the Awesome Sandfest. Courtyard was our castle. Clean, Bright, Well Maintained.Thank you office staff enjoyed our visit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: room was dirty. Dead and live roaches throughout the room, stove floor. Food remnants were under ottoman, old goldfish. Murphy bed was down and when pickup dirty towel and bugs. No kitchen soap, towels, dishwasher pods, Tub backed up and wads of hair and **** pulled out. New staff was so unprofessional and rude. Housekeeping had to come in twice, room was sprayed for bugs and maintenance had to come in. Hopefully the next time the room is rented it will be in good condition, because we had a very bad stay. Left word for BOD president to call me, I hope he does. WE HAVE BEEN STAYING HERE FOR 30+ YEARS, THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST DISAPPOINTED STAY. OUTDOOR PROPERTY WAS CLEAN, ROOM WAS DISCUSTING. UPON LEAVING THE ROOM, ROACH WAS LEFT ON THE STOVE, IT APPEARED UPON WAKING UP
