I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bed was super comfortable with a pillow top mattress. Some dishes were put away dirty and I had to clean cooked on food off of the stove top before I could cook. Housekeeping needs to do better. Other than that, the condo was clean. Great location! Will stay here again.

We love the convenience of it as it is just steps away from the beach. The Courtyard is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. The staff are friendly and helpful. Who could ask for more?

Reviewer Comments: Bare minimum in the room, on site tenants rude, have to ask for additional items such as trash bags, towels and seems like an inconvenience for them, different rules and pricing for different guests.
