Welcome to the luxurious Peloton West! Our executive rental property is stocked with all the furnishings and kitchenware you need for a comfortable stay. The Peloton boasts the best amenities in Boulder. The community center has a 6000 sq ft gym, 10,000 sq ft clubhouse with plenty ofspace to work, read, or play games with friends, a bonified stadium seating movie room, and a rooftop pool with 2 hot tubs and amazing Flatiron views!

Our property is a nicely appointed 2 bed / 2 bath corner unit with flatiron views. It lives more like a house having 2 full walls with windows and mature landscaping. In the master you'll enjoy a king bed, oversized bathroom and closet, and television. The second bedroom is a queen, and has a hall bath with a shower. Both bedrooms have black out blinds or curtains. The kitchen is nicely furnished with everything you should need to cook and dine during your extended stay. Our unit is on the west end of the property and has mountain views to the west and north. The floors on all levels are 10” thick cement, it is very well insulated and quiet. The counter height dining table seats 6 and the adjoining living room comfortably seats the same. We have high speed Wi-Fi of course as well as a printer available for your use. There are new Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled TV’s mounted in the living room and master, both have access to the DVR and apps such as Netflix, Prime, and YouTube. We have central AC and heat for your comfort, and the gas fireplace is most welcoming in the cooler months. The stackable washer/dryer are located in the entry closet along with the ironing board, vacuum, and other essentials. The building is extremely secure – fobs or keys are required at all entry points.

There are literally 100 restaurants and shops a quick walk away. The 29th St Entertainment District is 4 blocks west and King Soopers is 1 block as is Starbucks. The Pearl St walking mall is 1.4 miles west, and the Boulder Creek bike path passes next to the development. Also on site are 3 restaurants, including a Michelin Bib Gourmand award winner. We have 2 parking spots in the underground garage, and there is additional street parking if needed. The garage does have an elevator, and there are carts available for assistance with bringing in groceries etc.

Dogs are welcome in our property, subject to a $200 pet surcharge per stay plus the HOA pet registration fees paid directly to them – contact owners for additional information prior to requesting to book. There is a small fenced in dog park on site, and with the gate off our patio it’s extremely convenient for letting your companion out to relieve themselves. Cats are not permitted.

All kitchenware, sheets, towels etc are included in this rental. All you need to bring are your personal items. The owners live in downtown Boulder and are focused on providing a top notch experience for our guests, whether they are here for work or play. We have 8 years experience with multiple VRBO rentals (100% 5 star reviews), and are close by should you need help with anything.

We strongly encourage guests to purchase vacation insurance which will protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, weather, flight cancellations, etc.

    We had a lovely stay. Our host, Steve, could not have done more to make our stay comfortable. He even shared a loaf of the annual sour dough bread that he and his wife make!The complex is convenient to all; shopping, restaurants, etc.The full gym was utilized, but it was too cold for the beautiful roof top pool. The unit was as described and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with herbs and spices and laundry room soaps for us!Steve was attentive, responsive and friendly.I would highly recommend the unit and the host.

    Steve was excellent at answering all of our questions, fixing a few things that needed attention and being super responsive. Place is in a great location next to the bike/walking path, restaurants, bars and shopping. Loved being on the 1st floor and being able to walk out the back door to everything.

    Steve's and Shawna's condo is lovely. Check-in and check- out were seamless. The condo was comfy and clean. My two pups enjoyed the dog park which was right around the corner from the condo. I would stay here again!

    With the benefit of a first floor private entrance, coming and going is a breeze. Grocery is a couple minutes walk away, and Pearl St. is 5 by car. Eldora is a snappy 45 min. from apt. to slope, and you return to a very comfy home with a great kitchen set up and extremely cushy bed and linens. It was just right for us!

    We had a wonderful summer in Boulder! The rental was very well-equipped, well organized, clean and comfortable. The gym had everything we needed to get a good workout. The location was super convenient to grocery, university, and lots of great hikes. Steve was very responsive. Can’t wait to go back next year!

    My boyfriend and I (and our dog) stayed here for 6 weeks and honestly wish it could've been 6 months! Great unit (modern, clean, brightly lit, well furnished, felt luxurious) and we liked that it was ground level + street-facing (this made so many logistical things easier, eg. unpacking the car when we first arrived, hauling our adventure gear out, letting the dog out to potty, etc), and West-facing meant we got to watch sunset over the Flatirons and Rockies every single night!! We converted the 2nd BR into an office (desk/chair were provided, we just moved some furniture around). Complete amenities in-unit (fully stocked kitchen including spice cabinet, normal household cleaning supplies) and we loved all the on-campus amenities (incredible gym, family room, theater, pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong, and the roof deck pool/hot tub situation really is as beautiful as the pic makes it look, and garage felt secure). Location was super convenient. Steve our Host was amazing, one of the most responsive and helpful I've ever encountered. We had just 1 maintenance issue during our stay and he came over within an hour to make sure it was handled. Thanks Steve for a wonderful stay!!

    The condo was clean and spacious and we had everything we needed for an extended stay. Steve was a great host and was easy to communicate with if we needed anything. We loved the Peloton amenities and location of the complex. We would definitely stay here again!
