The Space:

Our sweet condo is inside Aldea Zamá's beautiful residential community, perfectly situated between the beach and town. The condo is a spacious 1-bedroom upper floor unit with a plush king-sized bed in the bedroom, ample closet space and natural decor.



You'll have an open living space with a couch and flatscreen TV for enjoying downtime moments at home. Plus, direct access to your private terrace, seating under a pergola shaded area and expansive jungle views! Great for sunset cocktail hour, to gaze at the stars at night, or just the ideal place to relax at home for a day.



If you like to cook, you'll have a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and stove to prepare a simple meal at home and a lovely dining table to enjoy it.



For added convenience, we provide a washer and dryer in the unit and there is free parking on premises.



The complex grounds are stunning. There's a communal pool with “sink-in-and-relax” netted bed areas suspended over it and where you can enjoy a poolside day in comfort and style. Plus a lovely breezy lobby and areas surrounded by the sights and sounds of the lush nature that surrounds you!



Plus, there are also so many things to see and do around Tulum-- everything from beach & water sports, to eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes unique to this area!), private boat/yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Akumal, Playa del Carmen, Cancun, and so much more!

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and your private terrace and shared access to the communal amenities onsite at the condo complex.

This condo is located in the beautiful residential neighborhood of Aldea Zamá, halfway between Tulum's town and the beach! You'll have shopping, beach, and world-class restaurants all within easy access! Here are our recommendations:

Getting Around:

The condo is about 119 km/74 miles or about a 1 hr 40-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

- We can help with additional services, including an airport transfer if needed. Just let us know!

- Tulum is an area of high growth, and during daytime work hours, you may hear construction noise.

- Electricity and Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If you experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- Electricity (Long-term Stays)

Electricity is not included for stays of 7 days or more. A meter reading will be recorded on arrival and check-out days. Long-term stays are charged a fixed rate of $5.22 pesos per kWh. Consumption will be charged through the booking platform or deducted from your security deposit.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

    This Tulum condo was a gem! The team at Stella made our first condo rental a breeze. Communication was on point and having them set up our airport transfers was easy! The condo itself was in the perfect location for us. Aldea Zama is a great neighborhood. We loved being able to experience the town and beach sides quite easily. The condo was clean and charming. Having the ability to do laundry was a nice bonus as well. The building was quite quiet. The condo could use some new kitchen knives and some signage about where the garbage room is in the building. No one seemed to be able to tell us :)The shared pool and outdoor spaces were nice. However they were under-utilized due to the heavy police presence all week. There was always between 2-8 heavily armed officers hanging out. They were on the patio furniture, napping, etc. Unsure what was up. They were friendly and didn’t come across as intimidating, it was simply unusual. Overall we had a great stay and would gladly chose Stella again!

    Everything was as expected based on pictures. The location was convenient and we rented bicycles to get around town. The unit was very comfortable, we had all that we needed for our short stay.

    The condo was clean, beautiful and really big. Felt like an apartment. The terrace was nice at night and the bed was very comfortable. It’s a short bicycle ride to the beach, Mayan ruins and the downtown area. Also there was always a security guard at the gate which made it feel very safe.

    I almost don’t want to share my opinion because Omara is a hidden gem. The property was beautiful with focus on details. The host was amazing answering all my questions. Check-in was a breeze. Security was wonderful. I will be back soon.

    In overall, check-in was amazing and the place did look accurate to the listing. There was a hiccup with the electricity on the first day, but after that one time, nothing else was an issue the place wasn’t either cleaned recently or maybe needed another wipe down but other than that honestly I would stay again. The maintenance people were very nice and security was very helpful.
