Romantic & Breathtaking Oceanfront Kauai Condo

Wonderful condo with high end appliances and furniture. Views heavenly with the sounds of surf off the patio. Definite ten for rental.

An absolutely fantastic experience!Communications from the host were very specific concerning parking and check in. They also were very responsive to text messaging concerning check-in.The condo was adorable and very clean. The mobile AC units in the condo worked great as well. The one thing that we were concerned about before getting to the condo were the views from previous reviews of the area. Some of the photos made it look like the beach was either very dark or just not very inviting, but some others were beautiful. We found out when we got there, having never been to Kauai, is that the weather changes rather quickly that on the island but the vast majority of the time it was absolutely beautiful. The views were outstanding, especially in the morningswe would absolutely 100% stay here again and I would highly recommend it.

Amazing unit exactly as advertised! Hosts are extremely communicative and made everything as smooth as possible. The lanai is beautiful and we looked forward to sitting outside with our coffee every morning and a drink each evening. The location is central to many restaurants and great recommendations from the host and it is also relatively central to the rest of the island. The unit is also stocked with beach towels, chairs and umbrellas which were very useful as well. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

We seen whales from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed. The host was so accommodating. It was close to everything. Excellent location.

We loved our stay, it was perfect. The condo furnishings were outstanding! Everything seemed brand knew. The kitchen was well supplied and the appliances were awesome (we prepared several of our own meals). The view from the lania was great. It was very convenient to have the washer and dryer. Our only complaint is we should have stayed longer!

This is a beautiful condo right on the ocean, clean and well maintained.Kitchen is well equipped and really has everything you need .We enjoyed the shops and restaurants nearby and had a wonderful week.

The view was spectacular, we loved the location and the accommodations felt like home. If we ever went back it would be to the exact same spot.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful, very comfortable and has the most amazing views of the ocean. The unit is immaculately clean and very functional. The location is great as it is near many restaurants and shops and it is a good starting off point for activities around Kauai. Communication was excellent and our overall experience was outstanding. This condo is absolutely gorgeous with an amazing ocean view! It is very clean and much more updated than the pictures show! Everything is recently renovated and we had a super easy and relaxing experience. I would 1000% stay here again!

This was our first visit to Kauai and we loved staying here. The location is great. Right on the water without people walking behind the property and a short walk to Wailua beach. It is also about a mile from Lydgate Park which was a great place to swim and snorkel. The location has restaurants within walking distance and makes it easy to drive either north or south on the island.The condo has been recently updated and is very clean. The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need in the condo. The washer and dryer were so convenient to have. The owners are very responsive and responded to several of our messages before and after we arrived. We also met their property manager who is also great. We not only loved beautiful Kauai, but were able to completely relax and enjoy the ocean sights and sounds from the condo. We will definitely stay here again when we go back.

The reviews said it was well-appointed they were right! Everytime we said to each other, do they have this? they did! It is clean and newly and tastefully renovated and the bed was super comfy with good linens (important to me).Kauai is EXPENSIVE so it was great to make breakfast everyday and eat it out on the balcony, which has a private view. It is important to know that this property is not a resort so there is no outdoor areas to lounge other than the balcony and the pool (which does not face the ocean). When looking at other places that had pools, lounging areas and beach access, they charged a resort fee so it was more expensive. We had no issues because we were out hiking every day and threw the beach chairs in the back of our car and went to different beaches after our outings, which was awesome. The Lava Lava Club restaurant/bar was close and they have a beach there to hang out on and Lae Nani for safe swimming is right there. We had a fantastic first time in Kauai! A truly special place.

Wow-The scenery was fabulous and the location was wonderful. It gave a sense of home and comfort.

Very nice property. Beautiful ocean front view. Right across the street from a lovely cafe called Passion Bakery Cafe. There was a wonderful Luau experience down the street called Luau Ka Hikina. A little pricey but I would do it again in a heartbeat. The property is just right fortwo people

Unit was very clean and comfortable. View from unit is spectacular. Had everything we could need. We will definately stay there again when we return to Kauai.

This condo was perfect, with spectacular views and well-appointed set up. The location also allows access to all parts of the island a reasonable drive, and plenty of good food options right across the street (Naisla was excellent, and Lotus Ramen was top 5 ramen I've had and enough for two meals). The two minute walk to the beach allowed for an early morning swim and watching the sun coming up. Check in was a breeze with the room code, and Teri and Ron were communicative and provided all the info we needed for a smooth trip. Our week-long stay was a perfect mix of activities and relaxing, which was made possible in no small part to where we stayed. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

This condo lived up to its billing big time. Teri (prop owner) was responsive at every turn. It's obvious she anticipates her guests every need, would give it more stars if we could. The updated features of the property made the stay carefree. The location is centrally located in the island keeping the long drives to a minimum. The view from the Lanai was excellent for whale watching and kite surfer watching. Thanks Ron and Teri.

This was a fantastic stay for a couple. The view of the water is outstanding and the sound of the crashing waves was very relaxing each day. The unit has new updates and was extremely clean. The building is in a good and easy to access location. Can't recommend this place enough!

Everything about the condo was as we had hoped or better; we would stay again whenever possible.

We loved the condo, which is right on the ocean with beautiful views of the sunrises and the surfers when the waves are right. Very clean and updated condo, nice location to airport, many attractions, and only a short walk to the Coconut Market for shopping, amazing BBQ, and responsibly priced souvenirs at the ABC Store.and local shops.

We enjoyed this place so much! It’s a perfect location, beautifully decorated, and super clean! Communication with the owners was simple and quick- super nice. Kauai is a special spot and we enjoyed touring the island- a favourite has to be the helicopter ride- do it!

This is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view! Very clean and has everything that you need. Stocked with lots of supplies. The owner checked with us during the first 24 hours to make sure that we were good! We even met the housekeeper, Marvis, a few times in the walkway and she made sure that we were having a great time. She was so sweet! Although we didn't use the pool, the area was very clean with nice gas grills. The grounds are very nice. Centrally located. Highly recommend!

Condo was better than advertised. New Reno was completed just before we arrived. It was very bright and beautiful. Very well equipped. Fantastic ocean front view!

What was really special for us was the kindness of owner Teri and local manager Marvis after we spent the first morning of our vacation at Wilcox Hospital in the ER. When they heard about it they checked on us to may sure we were okay. Not just once but for the rest of our two week stay. Thank you!!!

This was our first trip to Kauai and we loved it, including the condo. We could tell Teri and Ron put a lot if thought and care into their beautiful condo. It's super clean, comfortable, and well stocked with necessities and beach gear. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We enjoyed watching the sunrise while having coffee and Malasadas on the oceanfront Lanai. It was so relaxing, which made it hard to leave. We highly recommend staying here!! leave.

The property is in a great location, central to everything. The property is well maintained and the view from our condo was nothing short of amazing! It was well stocked with everything you would need to go to the beach, cook, snorkel and paddle board. The description that the owner provides is very accurate. The washer and dryer were so nice to have in the unit. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! We will be back!

The property was an easy drive to most of the places we visited. Loved the view from the balcony of the ocean so close and the sound of the waves. It was clean and well stocked. Had a minor problem and the property manager was on top of things and followed through to make sure there were no problems. Highly recommend it!
