Riverwalk 118 - River & Battleship Views

The property was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Wilmington on foot. The ear plugs and sound machines came in very handy for the nights we did not go out.

It was very nicely laid out and many extras included to make our stay comfortable. While it was expected, bar was loud till 2:00am, but we managed through. Deck was also a great, inviting asset!

The property was very clean, well stocked, and well described.

Always enjoy the view of River and battle ship, but mostly love the location surrounded by great restaurants and hangouts!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Noise from the bar didn’t bother me but the garbage truck, street sweeper, and tree cutters woke us up but ear plugs and sound machines were generously supplied. Overall great place to stay when visiting Wilmington.

Parking was excellent.parking passes was providing.Host was very easy to communicate with. For what we wanted to to do location was excellent. The hallway bathroom needs a place by the sink to sit stuff . The second bedroom needs a mirror . We had a great time and we would use again , Thanks

Location is IDEAL of course, and the property is well kept, huge, with tons of natural light. Parking was so easy and convenient, and the river views were unmatched. We enjoyed our stay immensely and how to come back!

Perfect location, very clean and welcoming space. The host was an excellent communicator.

Love this place and specifically for the outdoor shade structure. However, the top of the shade structure was gone (it would have been great information prior) and we weren’t notified prior…we would have brought more rain gear (or umbrella to fit the hole) or left and purchased something but, the parking lot was full all weekend and afraid we’d have no where to park. Also, as for July 4th fireworks; they have moved them as well, so the view is mainly on the waterfront. The pics on the Vrbo with fireworks is inaccurate now and shade/ light rain structure too. our past experience has been great. Sounds like the top of the deck structure will be back in place soon for you all. Too bad it wasn’t for us.

Great location. Easy walk to local restaurants

We stayed for 7 nights to get away from the Northeastern cold and rain. View, location, and stay of this VRBO was perfect. It’s our third visit to the historic district and so far my favorite place to stay!

This was our 5th time staying so obviously we love the place. There was an unfortunate screwup on VRBOs part when I received a text midflight from them telling me that the owner had canceled our reservation. I spent 2 hours panicked and stressing

The property is in a great location with beautiful river views. We did stay on a Saturday night in Spring and downtown was hoping. The property is above a bar but the noise from there is minimal. There are two bedrooms, the one on the street end you get regular street noise and the bedroom in the back on the river end does hear music from a rooftop bar a few buildings down. That being said they have white noise machines and ear plugs that help immensely. I am a super light sleeper and it didn’t bother me. The location of the property and walk ability of the area absolutely trumps and noise issue. Not to mention the stunning views of the Cape Fear.

It’s a great location in the city. Walking distance to nightlife, restaurants and shopping. The condo was great and would recommend it

This is a very nice, very clean apartment in a great location. Since it is located above a bar, there was some noise, but the noise from the bar wasn’t bad. It was the trash pickup early in the morning with glass crushing in the truck that will wake you, but that was balanced out by the excellent location. There are numerous bars and eateries within a short walking distance. We were able to watch the drone show with an excellent view of the drones and battleship from the nice deck facing the river. Parking was easy. There are some stairs from the lot up to the deck and entrance. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

The location is perfect!! Right off the main street in the historic district. As others have said, there is noise from the surrounding bars, but the white noise machines really do work. We had a great time!nou.considerably less

The property was clean and convenient to the downtown area.

Great location right in the heart of everything. Walked to great restaurants and shops. The home/apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. There was a great view from the deck of the river and battleship. The stairs headed up to the unit were steep and a little difficult for my older dog but we were able to navigate it. The beds were super comfy! All in all, a great stay and I would recommend this lovely home.

Great location by riverwalk with many restaurants. There is also the most organized, clean convenience store around the corner.We visited Wilmington to tour the battleship which there is a view from the back deck. The apt was very clean, comfortable, well appointed and tastefully decorated.The owner was very prompt w communication and extremely nice to deal with.We are looking forward to returning to explore more of Wilmington and hoping to rent this unit again.

Great location and a comfortable place to stay. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. Condo was equipped with everything needed, parking is included which is a huge plus! Yes there is noise at night but nothing that you wouldn’t expect for the convenience of the location.

We really enjoyed the property- so clean and well cared for! Location was perfect and parking wasn’t an issue. Look forward to our next stay!

We totally enjoyed our visit!! Great location close to many things - shopping, restaurants, attractions, etc!!! Definitely would love to use this property again!!!
