Great view of the battleship and central to everything

There was dog poop around the property and in the holding area. This is not on the owners, but the property managers should not allow this. The HVAC that was so noisy needs to be mitigated, not ear plugs. I was so tired that I didn't care, but my husband used his own.

The location was perfect! From booking, communications, and check out, I have no complaints. The experience was great! I hope to return to this exact place in the future when I visit Wilmington again. Definitely recommend this property!

This one bedroom apartment was better than advertised. Beautiful views, excellent location for walking to local shops, bars, and restaurants. The accommodations were nice. The only complaint is the king sized bed needs to be changed. It is very squeaky and loud. I paid an additional 10/day fee to park in the neighboring building’s public parking garage. The parking pass allowed me to come and go as I pleased, which was nice. Parking was handled through the hosts. Conveniently there is a Dollar General store within close walking distance. I will plan to stay at this location again and highly recommend it. The host was professional and pleasant.

Property was very clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing. It was very nice sitting on the deck with a glass of wine, enjoying the view. Our host was very accommodating in every way. This property is located centrally in Wilmington and a short walk to numerous restaurants. We highly recommended.

Curt and Ada's place was great for my wife and I to get away for several weekdays. The home was spotless, organized, and just perfect. Curt and Ada were awesome hosts, answering questions before we arrived and included personal touch to their local recommendations (by message and a book in the living room). The view was great, weather was perfect, and we could not have asked for a better time. Thank you Curt and Ada!

My wife and I had an amazing trip staying here. (We are from Pennsylvania) from the cozy home feel of the condo to the awesome view with sunsets it will make you not want to leave. We didn’t plan any of our days out during our stay. Which make some of the best vacation experiences. The condo is in the perfect location downtown with all the local restaurants, shops, bars/clubs within 8 minute walking distance. The location of the Condo also makes you feel like you’re in a safe area. Check in and Check out is very easy. The owners keep in contact with you the entire time. The only thing I wish is that you could use the parking pass to park on location of your stay. Unfortunately you have to walk a block down the street and park in the parking garage and you might have to park on the 3rd floor because the 1st and 2nd are reserved. The only other parking option is paying metered parking which cost can add up quickly. But if you can look past that then you’ll enjoy the entire stay and appreciate how easy going your vacation will be.

First time staying overnight in Wilmington. The location of this condo was perfect for us. Walked most places. Utilized the parking pass which was very convenient. Would recommend it. If you stay here. We highly recommend Sip Tiki bar in the next block near the parking garage. Great drinks and the owner, Sherry was very friendly and fun to talk to. We were also a big fan of Bagels on Pointe on the ground floor of the condo. Enjoyed popping in and taking back for breakfast on the balcony. Looking forward to visiting again.

Stunning views, convienient location, adequate accommodations. Think comfort suites with a view. Shower best described as RV like. Whole apartment needs fresh paint. Parking off site was inconvenient but cheap at 10 a day. On 8th floor of a 9 story building so not technically a Penthouse. Things the property couldn't control dimmed the experience. Several unhoused people where a fixture in the area. The building chose to replace the electric meters during our stay which made the power go off for a few hours. Poor planning on somebody's part. Property manager was polite and responsive. Nice welcome basket.

We come to Wilmington often as our son lives there. We’ve stayed many places over the years, but this is the one we will seek out for future trips. The condo was perfect and the process was flawless. Excellent hosts! The downtown location is perfect for all that we like to do while we are there.

Amy is connected to the Battleship North Carolina here in Wilmington. Her uncle, Jimmy Craig, was the one who started the effort to save the ship from scraping and bring it to NC. So it was very important to view the ship during our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was very friendly and quick responding to our questions. Perfect location to land for a fun weekend. Close to beaches with a 20 min car ride, close to Leland (where we were visiting) with a10 minute car ride. Parking lot attendant is very strict even just during unloading, she started a timer lol. Really. Just buy the parking pass with the rental for 10/day. Very convenient. Washer dryer with a few pods left there for us was huge help. Great view, high up and nice and quiet. Instructions are clear and arrive at just the right time. Thank you!

Curt’s place in Wilmington was fantastic! The view over the river was nice, and we loved walking the boardwalk to find wonderful places to eat. The size of the rooms and cleanliness were perfect. I loved all the extras like the snacks and face wipes! We would recommend the place to anyone.

Really amazing condo in the perfect spot to enjoy all things Wilmington. Lots of great local eateries and shops to see and visit. I’m retired Navy so the USS NORTH CAROLINA was a must. Toured Carolina beach and it was very nice as well. Only thing we could complain about was the racing noise after midnight down the street. Nothing that is any fault of the hosts (who are excellent btw) but just some inconsiderate people racing after midnight. Highly recommend this place to stay if you’re visiting Wilmington.

Great place for the 2 of us. Location was great so many activities in close range. I was a little worried about parking, but paid a little extra for parking garage and it worked out fine. Highly recommend

This place is right there a cross the river from a Navy Battle Ship . I could watch the foot and car traffic from this 8th floor stay

You will find what you need here: An unbeatable view, comfortable and clean furniture, a kitchen with a welcome pack, an extremely comfortable bed, a very large bathroom, and very close and affordable parking. The host has provided a terrific guide to the area which directed us to a cute grocery store that was filled with many delicious prepared foods. After the two days spent here, I found that I had become accustomed to the magnificent view and sometimes was able to briefly look away, but never long enough to turn on the tv! This view is stunning and you will want to see the sunsets from the balcony!

Amazing view! Had all the amenities needed. Hosts were helpful with parking and access to the property! We are planning on coming back since our son is a freshman at UNCW. Really great location downstairs, close to all the action but yet quiet.

Nice surroundings, except for music coming from rooftop bar down the street. Oh and the air conditioning unit is excessively loud… Was able to rest though, sort of a white noise experience……I would suggest updating your air unit.

This is a GREAT little spot, wish we had more time but was just passin' thru. Process was easy as pie, place was clean, owners responsive, was all as billed. Enough room for two, cozy, great view and little terrace for coffee or wine, and close to everything, really cannot say enough about it, suited our purpose perfectly.

It was a lovely, clean apartment with a spectacular view of the river and USS North Carolina. Comfy accommodation. Highly recommend very convenient to all restaurants and shops downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Our stay was woderful the condo was so homey and comfortable. We will be coming back. My only suggestion is there should be a crab bar in the tub for older guests.

Great spot for a couple, the view is amazing and the balcony is the best part!!! We plan to return to this location one day!! Owners and Management company very responsive and timely with details. I would highly recommend this spot!
