The place was very clean with nice extras like dvd’s and cd’s. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of gadgets and supplies. We especially liked that we were able to get early check-in. Jennifer was very accommodating!

A few “bumps” during the stay. The advertised items included in the stay were inaccurate. The owner didn’t know and i had to give her multiple amounts of information that she didn’t know, you had to get new cards for pools daily, not a big deal, the arcade was not open for the next 6 weeks, of which was important due to the family members we had. One of the toilets was non operative for half of the stay. For the amount i had to pay, which was a lot, a very large cleaning fee, was something i would have probably selected another property.

Wonderful stay! Host is very responsive and condo was clean, quiet and well decorated. Enjoyed sitting on the rocking Adirondack chairs on the private deck.

Amazing location! Surrounded with so many places to eat and have fun. Close to shopping and entertainment. The stay was lovely and had plenty of space for everyone.

We had a great time staying at this property. Jennifer was a great host- very informative and helpful explaining everything prior to our arrival. The condo as very nice -plenty of room, comfortable beds, very clean. The bathroom set up was great for 4 adults and 1 toddler. It would be nice to have a few baggies or plastic wrap in the kitchen. Every VRBO is different but I appreciate little extras like that. We would definitely stay here again.

Riverstone is a lovely resort and convenient to everything. The host was incredibly response for our last minute trip!

We spent two days at Dollywood. This condo was the perfect location to the park but also to shops and restaurants. The unit was clean and had plenty of space for us and our four children. Host exceeded expectations with communication and making sure everything was ready for our arrival. Would book again on our next trip!

We stayed at this 3-bedroom condo in Riverstone and really liked it. It’s super close to Ripken, Dollywood, and LeConte—about 5 minutes by car—which was convenient for our trips. The condo was clean and had plenty of space for our group. The view of the golf course was nice, especially in the mornings. The indoor pool and lazy river were fun for the family, and the WiFi was good enough for us to stream shows and check emails. The host was great—super responsive and easy to deal with, which made everything smooth. Overall, it was a comfortable spot to crash after a day out, and we will definitely book it again when we come back.

We came for our son’s Ripken baseball experience and a family vacation. The location was amazing. Just a short drive to the fields. Property owner Jennifer was very personable and easy to work with. Condo was the perfect size for the six of us. We enjoyed the lazy river and the indoor 24hr pool and hot tub. My husband also enjoyed fishing the river and golfing at the Gatlinburg Golf course that the condo over looked. If we ever come back we would love to stay here again.

We had a fantastic time, and this condo was perfect for our family. This condo was easy to get in and out of. It was conveniently located to all that pigeon Forge had to offer. It was a quick drive to Dollywood. The lazy river was very fun for our children. The playground was an added bonus. The Condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a great stay and will be back!

From the minute you book until check out top rated listing. The owner is very helpful, clear in communication and very accommodating. Nice location in Pigeon Forge in town but set back that you don’t feel the hustle and bustle. Great stay!

This was our 1st trip to Pigeon Forge and WOW! Property was just as described, Jennifer was absolutely amazing anytime we had to contact her, the condo was beautiful and just what our family needed! Beautifully furnished. And extra special touch was having Dolly CDs for the music player. My daghter and I had some fun sing-a-longs! This property was perfectly located to all the things Pigeon Forge has to offer. The views from the front door and the back balcony were equally lovely. We. Will. Be. Back!! We truly enjoyed our stay at Riverstone!It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It had all the comforts of home. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. The location is central to all fun activities in Pigeon Forge. We would love to return to this location in the future!

Jennifer, the owner, was fantastic! She made sure everything was in place and matched her description of the place to a T. Everything a family would needs has been thought of. We traveled with two individuals with disabilities and the rooms accommodated their needs. When we return to Pigeon Forge this will be the first place we check! Thank you, Jennifer.

We had a wonderful time! The trail down by the water is awesome! Great for a morning walk! Condo was clean and well stocked.

My family had the best time. Very accommodating for coming and going, close to everything. It was perfect for my kids ages ranging from 2-11. Host was kind and very quick responding!

Perfect location, right near all the action in Pigeon Forge and with a peaceful backdrop of the golf course. The ladies raved about the recently renovated spa and thoroughly enjoyed their manicures. Very clean condo with excellent hospitality and communication from the host.

The room was the perfect accommodation for our group. It was clean and well equipped. The owner, Jennifer, was very attentive in making sure we were happy with our stay and informed about the surrounding area and amenities.

My family and I stayed the weekend here for a competition nearby. I thought the condo was really nice and clean and comfortable. We stayed during the winter so we only seen the indoor pool area but it was nice, the kids had fun. I would stay here again! The only con I can think of is It would have been nice if they offered some complimentary small supplies in the condo that I have had in other rentals in the area , such as the small shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bathroom or a few kcups or coffee available in small amounts. Honestly though it was easy to doordash an order for anything we may have missed. So not having those complementary items wasnt a big deal.

Couldn’t ask for a better place that’s close to everything. Owner contacted us before we came and filled us in on all needed details for our check in and our stay. Enough space to spread out so everyone’s not getting on each other’s nerves. Comfy beds, easy access to elevators. Perfect for all ages. Host even went above and beyond to locate a lost bag that was left.

Went down to Pigeon Forge to see the Christmas Lights. We weren't disappointed. Loved it.

We spent a very, very long day at Dollywood. This is our third visit to the park and we’ve stayed farther away. Traffic is a real pill in this area. It was so nice to pull out of the park and be so close to our condo. It was even nicer that our host had contacted us to ensure we had everything needed to quickly get settled in. Within ten minutes after leaving the park we had our 4 tired/grumpy kids inside of the condo. It was great. Highly recommend.

The property and unit were both beautiful. There was lots to do both on property and close by to keep everyone in our group (teens and adults) entertained. In the mornings we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony overlooking the golf course. We will definitely book again.
