Absolutely perfect. Great location to attractions but still quiet. I'd book again in a heartbeat.

Jennifer is a awesome host. She was in constant communication when I texted her. She would answer any questions at any time. The condo was very spacious and very clean. The pool was excellent. Our grandkids loved the lazy river and the indoor pool and jacuzzi. It's very family friendly. They even have a playground for the kids to play on. It's in a great location right by downtown Pigeon Forge. Highly recommended. If we definitely go back to the area again, I will definitely stay here. The pictures I attached are views out the windows of the condo. Absolutely beautiful.

Highly recommend if you are traveling with young children. The unit is located right across from the playground and pool within the resort, and the location is perfect for visiting Dollywood. The unit was immaculate, and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking a beautiful view of the golf course. Jennifer was so helpful and kind, and very responsive when I reached out to her with questions.

Our rooms were good and clean .A little disappointed to not get to do the indoor pool and hot tub we went down and it was shut down for work in there . But, overall for a place to stay it was great.

Jennifer was fabulous! Very communicative and I knew exactly what to expect. My husband’s sense of smell is very strong and he kept commenting on how great the place smelled. Whenever we’ve stayed out of town it is the absolute #1 thing he comments on. We will definitely be staying again!

Great condo! The pool and playground were just steps outside the door and the view off the balcony was beautiful! We had a great time. Furniture could use some updating but it was a great property

The condo was clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and pleasant in dealing with her. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

We enjoyed everything except loud noises from low rider cars. It was aweful getting in and out of resort driveway because of all the traffic. Need to plan a better entrance for the resort.

This is a gorgeous property! We had the best stay for a family reunion. The lazy river is relaxing and the ability to come up and prepare your own meals in the kitchen that is very well stocked is a huge bonus. The unit was CLEAN and organized. We had everything we needed to have a great stay as a family of 6. Jen is an amazing hostess and made sure she checked in with us. Great communication, we will be back for sure!

We had an amazing stay at Jennifer’s place at Rivestone Spa and Resort! The entire family was happy and comfortable — we barely needed to leave the resort. Jennifer was a thoughtful and attentive host. Our toddlers especially loved the playground, pool, and watching the fireworks from the balcony. We’d love to stay again!

The condo was very clean, large, and well maintained, and we appreciated having plenty of towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and other conveniences. We also appreciated the welcome call before we arrived so we knew ahead of time what to expect and what to bring of our own. Our only complaint involved the hot tub. They had no one supervising it so it was full of young boys nonstop playing in it and splashing so much water out of it that the jets didn’t work properly because the water was low. This happened multiple times, which was frustrating for those of us that just wanted to relax in the hot tub. This was not the fault of the condo owner so I didn’t dock the rating but it would be nice if the resort itself had someone watching the pool/hottub/lazy river areas.

This location was perfect for my family as we traveled for my nieces cheer competition. The location was convenient and the host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again

I’ve stayed here numerous times and it’s always clean and absolutely perfect. Easy check in and excellent communication from the owner. Will definitely be using long term

This condo was awesome! ! The views were great and the condo was in wonderful condition. Everything we expected per the listing. The communication with the owner was very really good. She even gave us tips on things to do and short cuts to stay out of high traffic areas if we needed to. I highly recommend this location and condo!

The condo was very nice and clean and a great location. My only complaint is that it would have been nice to have had a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations up since we were there for Christmas. I also wanted to say that the shower head water pressure was OUTSTANDING!!! I travel a good bit and I have never experienced better! Could also use a little updating. We felt like we just stepped into the 90's. But would stay here again for sure.

The property is gorgeous and we loved the lazy river! The best bonus was watching the fireworks at Dollywood from the balcony every night.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect upon arrival. The condo was spacious with beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was very clean. It had everything you could need for a wonderful, mountain vacation! The owner is great to work with. We have stayed in her units in the past and always had a wonderful experience. We plan on booking this unit again in the future!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at RiverStone. The accommodations were very nice and clean. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We loved the balcony that looked out on the golf course. The host, Jennifer was so kind and we could reach her easily with any questions. I highly recommend staying here and we plan on staying again.

Wonderful condo in a great location. Great response from the owner related to some issues with hot water in the condo. Issue was resolved quickly and professionally.

Check in process was great. Condo was very clean and open. Good location for the area. Would definitely stay at location again. Only negative I would say would be the master bed needs new mattress.

Very nice apartment. Kids enjoyed the lazy river. It was communicated, but worth noting that you have to provide your own pool towels, coffee and shampoo/etc. we were driving so it wasn’t a problem, but something to consider if you are flying. Host was very communicative.
