Convenient to downtown events, shopping and restaurants Loved being beside the river

We enjoyed staying and loved the sound of the river from our balcony. It was very convenient to get to and close to all of the venues. Chris was very prompt at getting back to me if any issues arose. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Great location. Easy and less than 10min drive to the Dollywood gate. Conveniently located by Walgreens (walk to and from) for those necessities you forget. Walking distance to the convention center (perfect for the car shows). I recommend and would/will stay again. Loved morning coffee on the porch listening to the river.

Great location to LeConte Center

Location was great for us. We dindnt really do the attractions. Its about 20 Min to Gattlinburg. We visited local shops in both places and just enjoyed a few days off work with friends. The back patio was nice to relax and have some snacks and drinks and watch the wildlife. Easy check in. Communication with host was very good.

Great location

This condo was in a great location. Close enough to walk to restaurants and entertainment but nestled along the river for a little slice of nature and relaxation. Hosts were super responsive and made sure the condo was ready and welcoming when we walked in. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was what expected close to places ro eat and shop ...great location very clean and beds were comfortable just like home away from home....will definitely atay again...

Ideal location, easy access to walking trail, stores ice cream. Nice walk to the Island. Room could use some upgrades but overall loved the location

The host double booked or something. Upon arrival to the condo someone else was there and the host was not very polite when he finally reached back out to me. It was a holiday weekend and I had to book a hotel instead and was out a lot more money than I was expecting to spend so we didn’t get to do most of the things we had planned.

The amenities were marginal. The toilet rocked every time you set on it. The coffee maker was broken. No dish rag or towels in the kitchens.

This condo is amazing. We will be staying again. The view from the balcony is perfect. We wanted the fireplace lit and the pilot light had gone out, within 30 minutes the issue was resolved. Amazing response!!!Recommend this location to everyone.

The location of this property was wonderful for our conference at the LeConte center. Close restaurants and Walgreens. Easy access to the parkway. Clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

Okay but needs improvement given price point—-definitely not a luxury condo as advertised

Very clean, great views and excellent location

Very close to the Main Street. Easy check in procedure and communication with our host. The unit could use a couple of repairs and a thourgh and deep clean. The patio needed cleaned before using.

Great location and nice condo.

Great location in Pigeon Forge that is in the center of most attractions on the strip. Next to the river so you can sometimes see wildlife like otters, geese and racoons.

Nice place will stay here again. Owner is very nice and helpful.

This condo is in the perfect location to get to everything in Pigeon Forge quickly. Chris, the property owner is wonderful to work with to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. This condo will be for sure on our list of come back too.

The accommodations were great and it's location in Pigeon Forge was awesome. Easy access to all the attractions. I would definitely like to book again at some point in the future.

Plenty of room for us and our 3 kids (13,4 & 1) spacious, everything we needed. Perfect location close to everything yet off the Parkway for easy access to backroads to avoid traffic. We are frequent travelers to the mountains since we are only 4 hours away and this will definitely be added to our favorite condo list! Balcony was spacious and furnished nicely as well with a great view of the river & Christmas lights!

“The experience could have been much better if housekeeping had done their job properly. The floors and bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and not cleaned thoroughly. It seemed like all the dirt was swept into one corner and just left there. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable.”

Great location in middle of Pigeon Forge with easy access to main drag and other main roads. Communication w owner was excellent! Will certainly stay again if we go again!
