River's Echo Downtown Leavenworth Condo Vacation Rental, Mountain View for 6

This was our first stay at Rivers Echo. It's location was great, easy walkability to shopping & dining. Covered parking was nice, but a bit tight. The condo was furnished very nicely. Loved the fireplace. Having 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms was also nice. Beds were comfortable. We did not cook, but kitchen was well equipped. Minor cleaning issues: the coffee pot needed a cleaning, bathroom fans were dirty and the chandelier in dining area could use a good cleaning, Overall, we would definitely stay again & have already recommended it to our friends & family.

Very nice property and within short walking distance of the main area in Leavenworth. I highly recommend this property.

It is in the center of the town and very walkable. The unit was well equipped and precisely shown as on the photos. Keyless entry and one secure parking spot. Overall we really enjoyed the weekend we spend there and would definitely return. For a second car it is a bit of an issue to find parking, the lot we were informed about was blocked off, so it made it tricky to find parking. We had a bit of an issue in the one bathroom but there was quick communication about it.

This charming condo was a lovely and delightful place with an amazing view. The location was a big plus; easily accessible for walking around the storybook German-themed town.

Fantastic location steps away from the waterfront park and a couple blocks from the center of town. A relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle on the deck with great views looking east towards the river and snowcapped mountains. Well-appointed and tastefully decorated, with modern appliances. An easy walk up the stairs if you don't want to wait for the elevator.

Location and stay was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed being in town and having a sledding area so close by. It was great having a dedicated parking spot in the garage. The condo was very comfortable and well maintained. It was a wonderful home away from home. The feedback we have is to change the inside shower curtain due to the mildew, place the extra blankets off of the carpet (i.e. in a plastic bag or up in a shelf), and place extra towels away from the bathroom cleaning products.

It was a great location and perfect for a quick weekend trip !

Excellent communication by host. Perfect location at the south end of downtown. 2 to 3 minute walk to the main street. Right next to a coffee place and a bagel place. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean. Internet was a bit spotty in the evenings, but was okay for us since we weren't working.

10/10 stay! Everything was fantastic with this rental. Communication with Chloe was great, location was amazing, and the condo was very clean! The ONLY thing that there is to fault is that the pillows in the guest room were flat as a pancake and it’s definitely time to replace those. With that said, it wasn’t that big of a deal and I highly recommend staying in this condo!

The location of this property in Leavenworth was fabulous and very walkable, which we loved. Parking was convenient, though a bit tight for larger vehicles. The living room was a lovely place to gather, and we really enjoyed working on the Leavenworth puzzle that was provided, although sadly one piece was missing. One disappointment was that the fireplace was not working, which was a letdown as warming up by the fire is something I really look forward to. The host stopped responding after I shared that the pilot light would not light. Also worth noting, the bedroom windows are right next to the first floor elevator, making mornings quite loud with elevator noise and nearby conversations. Overall, a great location with a few comfort and communication issues that kept it from being a five-star stay.

The condo was lovely and very comfortable. Except for a few gliches with garage code opening, everything was good. The condo is at a great location as described and very walkable to the town.

We have been doing a lot of roadtrips lately and this is the first time we've found a place that was as good as it looks online. Parking was very secure and food and shopping was as close as next door but most was one or two short blocks away. We ate out for every meal but the kitchen and coffee maker were very nice and clean. We were disappointed that Netflix was not available without paying and we had forgotten to take our sign in info along...of course on the plus side we did not waste a lot of time in front of the tv...but we did watch a couple of movies late on my laptop. When we go next time we'll try to book the same place if it's available...

This was a perfect condo for us. It was clean and well cared for. It is in an ideal location in the center of Leavenworth which made walking around town easy. The host was very prompt in responding to questions and very helpful when we asked for suggestions about finding a local baker to make a custom cake for a special birthday. We would definitely stay here in any future trips to Leavenworth.

Nice place to stay. Wish there was at least one additional parking spot for family members. Leavenworth is expensive to park.

Picked for the location but we got so much more! As pictured, clean and welcoming condo with w/d and full kitchen and living room to socialize with family! 2 full bathrooms with shampoos and soaps were wonderful for us to designate our group of 4 to use. Very, Very comfortable living/dining area that we spent a lot of down time in. Extra tv in the master bedroom helped when the game was on and not everyone was interested. Cable TV standard and streaming on your own account avail. We didn't use it this time but cd player looked state of the art in living room and kitchen items were well stocked. Beds So, So comfortable! Not a negative, but just know the garage is tight, but we kept our extra outdoor gear in front of our parking stall, no problem! Secure, free parking is awesome! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!

I took my daughter on a girls' weekend for her 21st birthday. The condo was great! Excellent location, too. I am definitely interested in booking again.

Very good location, secure indoor parking, 2 blocks from restaurants, pubs, art park and entertainment. River Park only a 5 minute walk. Plenty of room in the kitchen and well stocked for cooking wear. Very nice sized lanai with a barbecue and plenty of seating and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. We will definitely return to this location.

Really great condo, roomy and updated. You can't beat the location. You can just park your vehicle in the secure garage and never drive again unless you want to explore outside of the town! Chloe is amazing, responsive and a great communicator.

We loved our stay! The king bed was super comfy, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and the location was incredible. We loved having the designated garage parking space and walking everywhere was amazing. Definitely want to return to this spot at another time!

Location is ideal! Walking distance to Front St. and beautiful views from the patio/living room. Just the right size for our family and had everything we needed. Chloe was very responsive and helpful. Very cozy and comfortable inside.

This was our first time in Leavenworth during the holidays. The condo location was ideal for walking down town. Such an added bonus to have indoor covered/indoor parking. We have a family of five with teens so the two bedrooms with pull out couch was perfect. We will try and stay here again on our next trip back!

I went with 3 young ladies who have been like daughters to me for over 20 years. The location was perfect, right in town, yet steps away from the stunning river walk. The leaves were in glorious color! The space was beautiful, restful, and well laid out for a relaxing weekend with much laughter, food and even a few years

Base for fishing and hiking and it worked out perfectly. It was nice to come back to the property tired and be right in the city to be able to go out to restaurants and not drive anywhere.

This location was perfect for us! Two blocks away from the street that has all of the action. We walked there many times just to meander through the shops or get some yummy food. I liked having a garage for our vehicle. It is very tight in there, but if I was there in the winter with the snow it would be very beneficial. The apartment was super clean and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed to feel at home. This was a birthday trip for me and it was totally worth it. We can’t wait to go back.
