Riverfront Oasis| Pool | King Bed Walk to Broadway

River views and fireplace gives a casual cozy feeling. Stay was great overall. Close to German town, baseball field, bicentennial park and Broadway. Free parking was a huge plus. Bring earplugs if your stay is over the weekend, you may need them for the noise of the unit above.

My wife and I enjoyed the location, great view of the river, the birds and squirrels that visited the trees just off our deck, and the easy parking. The condo was clean and well appointed, and overall offered a very good value! It was also only about a mile from all the major downtown sites so we really didnt need a car,

Cute & cozy place that is close to downtown Nashville.

For the price that we paid to stay- the experience was disappointing. The condo had a musty smell. The photos online we’re beautiful but the actual space did not compare. Upon arrival there was an old ripped/dirty outdoor rug on patio with a lighter laying on the deck- when it was strictly stated this was a non smoking property. This area was obviously neglected during the cleaning of the unit. The hall ceiling light fixture was filled with bugs, the entry way rug was clearly old and filthy, there was a smooched mosquito on the bathroom wall. For the property to have such strict check in/check out rules, it was surprising to see this uncleanliness. As we checked in around 530 I did call the office for suggestions of pizza delivery. Alex did promptly text me back with 3 suggestions, this was helpful. Also in the photos of the property there were pictures of an outdoor pool. I emailed playlist properties on Saturday afternoon around 2:15pm asking if there was a pool at the facility because we didn’t see one. I got a response the follow day- Sunday night around 11:30pm, and the response was “ Yes it is. But it will probably be closed due to season.” So the employee didn’t even know if the pool was open and it took well over 24hrs to them to respond. Also area immediately surrounding the property didn’t feel the safest to be walking around for 2 females, it was a longer walk to downtown than stated in the listing upon booking.

We absolutely loved this place! That view of the river was amazing sitting out on that balcony was definitely the place to be! The bed was so comfy! Kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our host Harley May was the best! Helped us with everything we needed. Thank you. We are looking forward to staying here again very soon.

The convenience and location of this condo is incredible. Beautiful scenery read at your back door and patio where you can watch the barges go by as well as the train trestle bridge which is busy with transport. The ease of check-in and checkout and communication was fantastic. Can’t wait to stay here next year.

Harley May was great. Easy to communicate with, friendly, and got back to me right away when I had a question. Unit had everything you would need to cook your own meals.

Place was good for a quick trip. I’d have to say the property manager was quick to response. The outside balcony had a cute selfie area but the balcony itself was dirty. Would have been nice to have maybe it swept and cobwebs and bugs cleaned. Looked like it hasn’t been touched in awhile. Otherwise it was good.

This place looked exactly like it did in the photos. It was very clean and easy to get in to. It was in a great part of town very close to Broadway. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. Plus the covered parking was great and made it one less thing to worry about it.

Location is great. Right now the whole area seems to be under construction, but it is walking distance to almost everything, view of the river was also great. The condo is perfect for 2 and would still be good for 3 people. Free covered parking is a big plus.

We stayed for a long weekend. The property is in a good location. About a 15-20 minute walk to Broadway. Bed was comfy, check is was a breeze, overall a nice place. Small place but cozy and comfy and close to down town. Scooters made exploring quick easy and fun.

One night stay in Nashville. Condo was perfect and was not far from all the action in Nashville.

This was a very nice condo on the river and within close proximity for walking or driving to downtown Nashville. Comfortable beds and relaxing atmosphere. This was the perfect location for a trip to Nashville with my Husband. Just the right amount of space, close to downtown but far enough away that it was quiet. The river was nice and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again!
