The condo easily sleeps 4 adults and 2 children having a king size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa (not a futon!) in the living area and child size bunk beds in a hallway nook for the kids! Stayed Sep 20, 2024Great spot, looked like listing, pretty. However, the bottoms of my feet were filthy dirty after walking around barefoot! Like the floors haven’t been mopped in a very long time. To the eye, they looked clean, but after walking around barefoot for 30 minutes the bottom of my feet were gross. Blackish gray! Not happy about that! Won’t be staying there again.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024Great location to comal and to town. Clean condo, king bed was really comfortable and kitchen was stocked with essentials. Pool was shaded and had a great view of river. Overall, perfect spot for all activities. The entrance to the river was perfect for about a 4 hour float with all of the fun river chutes about an hour into the float.
