Riverfront Condo Walk to downtown Nashville with a view

Place was clean and comfortable but a little to far to walk to town and back for us

Easy walking distance to downtown. Pool!

Broadway was an easy 20 minute walk away although we did use an uber for the return journey back to the apartment. The route back was quite dark without much street lighting. The apartment was ideal for our 4 night stay with a bedroom : living room : bathroom and kitchen. We also made use of the Gym and the laundry room. Really nothing to criticise

Very cute and clean condo. Modern decor. Super comfy bed - roomy dining area. Clean kitchen. I find Nashville hard to maneuver with a car the parking is an issue and so much construction everywhere but our place was easy to get to and we had a designated parking spot which is important.

Comfortable. A nice stroll or an $8 Uber ride to downtown.

Loved the location: walking distance to downtown Nashville. The pool area was awesome: overlooked the river and open all hours.

The condo was great, like a mini home away from home. Comfortable bed, the sofa bed not so much but what sofa bed is? Only about a mile away from the action on Broadstreet. There was a slightly shady patch to go through that I was uncomfortable walking through in the wee morning hours, but during daytime was fine.

It was a super cute place to stay for our Nashville weekend! Walkable and very safe.. loved the easy parking!

The unit was beautiful, clean and very accommodating! Barbara was great at communicating! My only complaint is the shower/tub water did not get hot otherwise excellent!!

Perfect condo for what I needed for this trip! It was the perfect pet-friendly place. Quiet and perfect location in distance from downtown. Lots of construction nearby and was located near a railroad, but I barely noticed. This is a great place to stay!

Super comfortable bed, perfect walking distance to downtown

Nice location. Within walking distance of downtown or restaurants. Easy parking. We brought our dog and the hosts were welcoming to us and our animal. I would recommend this location.

Property was in a great location for us. About a mile walk downtown which we did several times. Great places to eat a few blocks away right next to the baseball park. Comfy king bed and had all we needed for our stay. Bring some white noise for sleeping. There aren’t any fans and if someone is in the unit above you it is rather loud.

The location was great as it was close to my son.

Host was very responsive. Not far from Broadway. Clean and roomy.

1 mile walk to Broadway. 3rd Avenue was the safest route to use.

Everything was wonderful! This was our 2nd stay. Will definitely stay again.

Misleading location. Industrial area. We booked because it stated easy walk to attractions. It would not have been safe to walk ever due to long desolate street in industrial area. Was completely unsafe with construction on our only walking options. We found dark hairs in white tub, which means no one even looked at it, let alone cleaned it. Residue in coffee pot, we had to clean. Cardinal sin, 1/3 roll of toilet paper, no spares for 2 people, 2 days. They did come out to rectify a tv issue, but everything else makes it not worth renting. We had to pay for Ubers when we thought we could walk. Had to clean the shower. Had to leave to get toilet paper.............

5 stars all around. Everything was as advertised. Great communication when having questions. Extremely accommodating. Very nice, comfortable unit. One of the comfiest beds we’ve ever slept on. Great location to everything in town. Highly recommended and hope to stay here again on our next visit to Nashville.

Easy walking distance to everything in downtown Nashville! Bed was really comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. The location is far enough away from the craziness of downtown so the complex was very quiet.

Value for Money: Excellent! The drive into the property feels a little “sketchy” at first since there are several high end looking properties directly adjacent currently under construction and nearing completion. My sense is this area will have much better curb appeal once these projects are up and running. The convenient location to downtown made getting around a piece of cake! Big Perk: Free Parking and super easy access to the units! Great and very private pool area! The apartment was very clean and tidy and was supplied with dish soap, dishwasher soap, linens, paper goods, etc. The potential deficiencies include the (2) lamps in the BR are both quite wobbly and the blinds on the (2) big LR windows did not work. And although the bathroom was very clean, it is, by far, the tiniest bathroom I have ever experienced. The LR love seat is worn and the cushions definitely sag making sitting uncomfortable! Having a sofa in the LR would be better. All in all, the accommodations were good and better than average in most of the categories! Thanks!!

Great property, great area of town, easy access to everything you want in Nashville and germantown! Great location on the river. Property was as described. Overall was very clean however I gave the 4 stars for cleanliness just because the white bed sheets had lots of pet hair and stains on them but I know this is a pet friendly place and I have pets that I sometimes travel with so I wasn’t terribly upset about this just wanted to let the owner know about it just in case. Overall, I’d stay here again and it was perfect for our weekend getaway to Nashville! Thanks!

This was the perfect place to stay for our short trip to Nashville! We had everything we needed and a comfy place to sleep! 10/10 recommend.

Great stay. only issue we encountered was last night the unit above us was very loud and seemed to be moving furniture or rolling things across the floor well after 11pm and into the midnight hours. it was hard to fall asleep.

Overall, this was a great apartment to stay in. Super close to Germantown and Downtown. It was very clean, had everything I needed, and very spacious!

The condo was well appointed, clean, & stocked with basic necessities. The property is right on the river, so the patio has a good view. It was located quite close to the Bridgestone Arena & restaurants were close by.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this condo! It was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and conveniently close to downtown. The location was easy to find, and the hosts were incredibly caring and responsive. We had to reschedule due to illness, and they were so accommodating in moving our reservation to the following weekend. Their kindness and flexibility made our trip stress-free. We will definitely book again!

Decent little place and price was cheap. A lot of construction around making navigating a little tough. Noise from unit above us was bad, sounded like a gymnastics meet every night. Hole in the floor right in front of the bathroom vanity. Might be worth paying a little more for our stay somewhere next time.

Quick weekend getaway for a family birthday. Condo was clean and quiet. Area available for walking pets. Walkable to most sites of interest but we used Uber a lot due to cold weather. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our vacation is Nashville! The location of this unit was fantastic. The unit was fairly clean although several cobwebs on the ceiling in both the bedroom and living room and on the tops of the lamps. One of the blinds in the living room would not go up over about a foot and a half so it was hard to get light into the room. Overall, we had a great stay!

Condo was clean, easy to find & park. Perfect for a weekend in Nashville. Only thing, there was noise from the condo above us, seemed to be more than just walking around. A noise machine in the bedroom would be a great addition. Bed was very comfy!

This was perfect for our needs! Loved it! Everything was comfy and convenient. Thankful for a dog friendly place!

The stay and check in was overall good. There was blood on the pull out couch bed cover. The pillows and top covers in the main bedroom had an odor. Neighborhood very quite.

My friend and I stayed the weekend in the Condo. It is small, a living room/dining room combo, kitchen, and bedroom. Truly only big enough for 2 people comfortably. It is an apartment so you hear the neighbors above you walking, going to the bathroom, arguing. It is the bottom floor. We called it the cave as I am used to a lot of light in my house. It has a room darkening shade but when open, the joggers on the trail behind the condo can see you. It was very clean, bed was comfortable. Instructions for check in were clear. I gave 5 stars as the items that were not so great, you can't do anything about. It was great for what we were looking for, which was close to Broadway.

The property was within walking distance of Broadway Avenue. The host was responsive but in a very reserved way. We were disappointed that there was not a washer/dryer in the unit because the list of amenities made it sound that way. I never did find the laundry and from reviews, I now realize it was coin operated. Check in was easy, but very inflexible. We have been travelling across country and we’re in Nashville earlier but we’re told the 4:00 check in was firm. The television was very difficult to use and kept giving us warnings about lack of storage space. Overall, the apartment itself was very comfortable,but I feel the host is not really very concerned.

Property and Amenities were great. Perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway. So much to do and see.

Was on for two nights for a wedding and this place was perfect for me! Bed was SUPER comfy!!!! I slept great!

Stay was okay until we left this morning to return home and saw our car had been backed into on the parking lot. We know it happened in the parking lot, because we never moved the car once we got there until this morning

The condo is lovely and the bed is heavenly! We have 2 suggestions geared toward making things easier for seniors: luggage racks and additional towelsracks (perhaps over-the,-doir).

This property was unsafe. The rooms are too small, and we left within 15 min upon arrival. Homeless people on the side of the streets before you got to the property. Complete waste of money.

It was so clean and neat! Was perfect for us and our two dogs. Plenty of grassy area very close to the condo to walk your dog. My dogs loved to walk all over the parking lot also, and check everything out. There is a lot of construction going on, a busy highway, and a train that runs through nearby. We never even noticed it though until we stepped outside. I must stress that the noise and bustling outside was not a bother to us. We were about one mile from Bridgestone Arena, so we just walked to our concert. Loved that! Broadway and lots of restaurants, clubs, and tourist attractions are within walking distance. We would love to stay here again if we are back in the area again.

The property was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Even though we didn’t have time for the pool, there was a really nice pool alongside the Cumberland River. The property close to both Broadway St and Nissan Stadium and was very easy to get into and out of with assigned parking who he wa really nice. Definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Only a mile walk to Broadway. The pool was fun (with surprisingly cool water). We had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable.
