Riverfront Condo Minutes from Broadway

Definitely will stay here again. Had everything we needed and the Grand Welcome Team had great communication.

The location and customer service was great! They responded quickly to each question.

Had issues with garbage disposal in the kitchen. It was promptly attended to would highly recommend staying here.

Host was very responsive and welcoming. Great to have parking without a fee and all the amenities were as advertised

We had a 4 night stay. We were unable to TURN ON THE HEAT for 3 of those nights. Communication with the local team was not as it should have been when we notified the host of the heat issue the morning after we arrived. They were to send someone out. It wasn't until 2 text messages & a phone call on the 3rd day before we had ANY communication/response to the heat issue which required a new thermostat. Then, the fridge quit cooling. Fan was replaced but it didn't matter. When we called on Monday morning, I stated to the call center that we should be compensated for the heat inconvenience. Not sure who to speak to about that request. We have stayed in this condo before, under previous ownership...this was very disappointing!!!!

Easy walk to entertainment, construction in area but did not hinder our progress

I would not recommend staying here. For starters, there is construction going on (even on the weekend). The walls are paper thin so you can hear the construction in addition to the people living above and next to the apartment. I could even hear the conversations going on in the other apartments. Any movement from upstairs you could hear. The “gym” was under renovation and was supposed to be updated in the summer. But we stayed in October and there were only a few dumbbells and barely any equipment. The laundry is not in the apartment either and is on the opposite end of the complex. This goes for the pool too. The pool almost seemed to belong to the complex next door and was not close to the apartment. As far as the apartment, from the outside it looks nice. But everything was incredibly cheap. The couch was clearly broken and was on a tilt. Picture frames were coming off the walls. The hook in the bathroom fell off the wall. And the cabinet behind the toilet was hanging on by a thread. The pans were old and dirty. We tried using the stove which was “locked” so we couldn’t, even though the listing clearly states that an oven is available. We brought our concerns to management, who only offered to let us check out an hour later. Not sure how this could have solved anything. There are so many places available to stay in Nashville. I would say save your money and stay somewhere else! Not worth it.

This property is so perfect!! we easily walked into town to the bars and restaurants! The view is outstanding overlooking the river and the place was very well maintained and had everything you need to enjoy your stay!! I don’t think I’ll ever book anywhere else when I come to Nashville!

We had a nice experience. It was clean and had all we needed for a long weekend getaway. It was a short ride to downtown.

The condo was just as we expected and we liked that when we walked in the air was turned down so it was nice and cool on a hot day! We also loved the convenience of being able to walk where ever we wanted to go. Our only suggestions were a better description of location of things on the property like the pool and garbage. We really like the mirrors to get ready, but better lighting would help. And lastly the pullout bed wasn't super comfortable, so maybe making a mattress pad available would be nice. Would definitely stay here again though!!

Condo was super nice and very clean. One of the nicest condos we have rented in this complex. Communication was spot on. We will definitely recommend this place and will stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

Would stay there again

We had so much fun it was a great walk to downtown and back. We felt safe and walked to the Mexican restaurant Locals a few night which is only a block away. The bed wasn’t super comfortable, but the view and stay was great.

Location was good if you don't mind walking if headed to Broadway. Seating could be imporoved as couch is not comfortable for sitting. Sleeping on the pullout was fine, just sitting makes you slide forward. Very clean and well stocked.

Stay was very nice and the property was very clean

When we got here the lock did not work. It also stopped working again later in the day. The location was nice. It was a fairly loud unit. Not well insulated so was woken early every day by people upstairs. The couch was not comfortable to sit in at all. Also there were a cray about do fruit flies.

We have no complaints. The maintenance guy stopped by one time to tell us that the unit above us may have had trouble that might affect us just as a precaution, but it never did. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the Nashville area.

Overall, this stay was just ok. Generally the unit was as described but here are things worth noting - 1. Unit was clean, but hadn’t had a deep clean in a while. Why is this important? All of the vents were disgusting. I mean, layers of dust on them. Gross. As were the baseboards and trim. Not something I usually note, so it had to be bad if I noticed. 2. Couch was the most uncomfortable couch ever. And all we were trying to do is sit on it and watch tv. It appeared the pullout sofa had collapsed and all you did was slide forward. But I cannot confirm that as we didn’t use the pullout. We just tried to sit on the couch. There were no good seating options in the living space. 3. Balcony was nice but so full of cobwebs and other bug debris, it was not pleasant to go out on. 4. People commenting on the train noise were spot on. I wasn’t really concerned about this as I sleep with earplugs and my husband can sleep through anything, but it is loud and comes through early in the morning. 5. Internet was spotty. Not a big deal for us, but did effect TV and wouldn’t be ideal if you needed to work. Positives - there was an adequate supply of things (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc) and checking in was seamless.

Overall great place to stay. Close to everything and far enough away as well. Lots of construction noise starting at 630am. The chairs/sofa in the living room are not comfortable-never tried the pullout bed. Musty smell when we arrived that went away or we got used to if. Great covered overhang for parking. Pool was nice. 3 story location--this unit is on the 2nd story and there are no elevators. Would probably stay again
