Riverfront Condo in DT

Cozy and perfect size for two! Floors were a mess, not sure if it was due to a recent flood or a rotten subfloor, but there wasn't a level section to be found. The hallway bathroom entrance was horrible, major damage under very nice plank flooring, the major dip was really hard on my wrecked knee. Bathroom was dark and a bit dated, but for the two of us it worked. Was under the misunderstanding that laundry was in unit, was disappointed to learn it was in another building. Never found the pool but learned before our trip it was closed. Location was fantastic, no neighbour issues, we heard the birds, loved being on the river. Met the neighbourhood raccoon & ground hog each morning while having coffee, was pretty cool. Wished there'd been a few cleaning supplies - would have preferred to deep clean the bathroom a couple of times during our week stay. And despite multiple efforts we could not get the livingroom tv to work, but the bedroom one did!

Parked right in front of the door. Pool area was nice and some pool towels would be a welcomed addition. One Mile from Broadway and walkable though we did Uber back and forth for 7-10Would stay again. Loved watching the traffic on the river too.

Nice accommodations. Suited our needs. Price point was great! Had reached out to the host and was very prompt in responding. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or laundry service. We were just too busy enjoying our first time in Nashville. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect. I was attending a conference at the convention center and it was an easy ride over. The parking lot was covered and directly in front of the entry to the condo. We arrived late at night & it was nice not to have to navigate a sketchy parking garage.The condo was cute and very clean. Nice bed linens were provided and the kitchen was stocked with the basics needed for putting together a simple meal. I will stay here again if I have business in Nashville.

The area was quiet. The condo was excellent. We were in town for a Football game at the Nissan Stadium and it was walking distance. Just a little over a mile. Felt safe the entire stay. The bed was so comfortable and the host was great. Would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Had a conference in town so we just needed a place to rest. It was perfect. Twenty minute walk from the strip to eat or drink. We ubered when it was really cold!

OK for a short stay. Easy location to access the city, always felt safe.Great water pressure in shower. Couch could use an update and flooring is uneven.

This place was great! It was within walking distance of everything. We loved watching the barges go up the river and the trains go by. Parking was great also! We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great except the communication. I never received any emails with Check-in/out instructions. Also, the couch was VERY uncomfortable! I actually think the pullout sofa bed part is broken because you feel like you’re sitting on the floor. Usually we wouldn’t be in the room much, but due to bad weather we were. Location was PERFECT and it was really cool being ON the river!

Great location. Easy walk to Broadway. There is always parking on site. Easy check in and out. Condo is perfect size and was very clean. All the right amenities. Will certainly stay again.

Broadway was only a mile away. Never found the pool. Place was very clean and quiet.

The place was nice and clean. It suited our needs for a long weekend in Nashville.

Lovely location, right on the river. Felt safe in spite of it being in a industrial neighborhood that is in the process of building what appears to be new housing.

This is a cute unit. Great location as we have stay in this area before. Our host was generally quick to help us with our needs which was so appreciated. However, this unit needs improvement. Ac unit should be cleaned very misty smelling do to lack of the ac filter not being changed. The couch is super bad and should be replaced. The kitchen really needs more utensils,glasses, etc. last but not least the exterior of this building needs improvement very dirty. Which is the property management’s responsibility. I have read some of the same concerns in comments Hope this will get rectified as it is a great little unit and locations.

We found the condo to meet our expectations. It was clean with a nice riverside view. The area seemed fine during the day, but a little sketchy at night. An additional supply of towels within the unit would have been nice. Overall, a great value.

Check in and check out was very easy. It was close enough to walk to Broadway and enjoy everthing. A nice suprise was the fireworks outside our door which we learned on the lady night after stumbling onto a baseball game this is where they where coming from. The tv was a bit tricky but we figured it out. Overall it was a great stay.

Everything was great! Nice and clean place. We loved the fridge because the ice maker worked great. The location was perfect walking distance to Broadway. We loved the action on the river! Thanks for a great place to stay!

We came to watch the Nashville sounds and the location was awesome. Only a 10 minute walk.

Perfect location. Having a deck was nice overlooking the river. Had coffee which is a plus. At first it smelled musty, i assume cause its by the river. But we loved it otherwise.

The apartment is very cute and location is good. They need to upgrade the furniture. The couch has no cushion left. There is only 1 small frying pan to cook with. No spatula and very limited utensils. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the pool area is great!

Property was just as described. Super cute. River view was beautiful. Close to many things such as attractions, restaurants, bars…

Location was great, convenient to everything. Check-in and check-out was easy and property manager was quick to respond. Condo is charming and exactly as described. Parking at condo was a big plus. Would stay in this condo again.

Everything was great enjoyed the apartment! Only suggestion I have is that you put a nicer mattress on the fold out couch or replace the coach with new one. The bed was the worse one I have ever slept on.

Beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed watching the sweet critters outside. Very short drive to everything. Would definitely stay again. We would have liked to walk to some of the venues but didn’t feel comfortable doing that with the homeless population living in the park just next door.

Within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to do. (Less than a mile.) We also loved being on the river and seeing the groundhogs everyday. The condo itself was clean and comfy, however the sofa needs to be replaced. It’s broken on one side. The dip in the hallway near the bathroom is also a trip hazard as one other reviewer mentioned. It can easily be stepped over, but will catch you off guard if you’re not careful. It also includes everything needed to cook full meals if you’re staying more than a couple of days. The walls are also kind of thin and walking can be heard from the upstairs unit. Overall, it was a great place for us and we’d recommend staying here if you don’t want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Everything was good. View to the river is nice. Walked to the strip 15 min and rides cost 15 to 20. Would definitely stay there again

Cute little getaway. Very clean, decor was beautiful. The king sized bed? So comfy! We will be back.

Condo was clean and well- furnished. Enjoyed view of the river and short distance to Broadway. Floor going into the bathroom is soft causing a divet before entering the tiled bathroom. Bit of a tripping hazard.

Stayed here for nearly 3 weeks. Walked to downtown several times and enjoyed the river view every day. Had an internet issue and host was quick to respond to any messages. Laundry onsite is nice. Parking is easy and safe. Would definately stay again.

Easy checkin, convenient location and thorough host. Located close to all the broadway madness but still quiet when you are ready to be done.

Clean, great location, good communication

This place is in a great location in Germantown close to great restaurants/breweries within walking distance and was easy to drive around wherever we wanted to go. We had some issues with the pullout couch not somewhere you would want to sleep but as soon as I left them know they were very accommodating. If more than 2 adults are going I would be prepared to sleep on the air mattress and not the pullout. It was great to be able to sit out on the patio in the mornings and have a coffee looking at the river. Overall I would stay again as long as I got the bedroom which was very comfy.

We had items stolen the first night and there is no latch to even secure yourself when inside the property. Someone else had our code. So we didn’t feel safe staying. Had to then get a hotel to stay in and spent more on the stay than anticipated. Grand Welcome would not refund us any money even with the police report we filed for our loss. We lost about $2300 in items. Don’t stay here. They don’t care or even believe you when told of the burglary.

Small but cute. Convenient parking. Had pretty much everything we needed for a short stay (etc no spatula to flip an egg). Good location on the river and only about a mile or so from lower Broadway. Only other negatives- the couch was so “broken in” and uncomfortable we used the bed to watch TV. Only 4/5 for cleanliness because I killed two bugs and the outdoor patio could’ve been wiped down. Lots of cob webs and insect droppings.
