Stayed Jul 3, 2024We really enjoyed the location of this property. Texas tubes is right next-door, just walk over; you can walk to town easily; and you can hop right in the river. It was the 4th of July and it didn’t seem too crowded and no one was rowdy. The complex had a family friendly vibe. Very nice overall.

Stayed Nov 3, 2023Perfect location for all our favorite places in New Braunfels over a long Wurstfest weekend. Enjoyed the clean, roomy condo and the weather was warm enough for dips into the Comal and onsite spa.

Stayed Jul 19, 2023This was one of the best units at River Run. This is a great location no direct sun in afternoon. The beds were super comfortable! If you are looking to stay at river run pick this location!!

Stayed Feb 1, 2023The condo is amazing. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Extremely clean and well stocked! You are welcomed by a snack basket in the kitchen and in the front hallway there are a variety of family board games! They literally thought of everything! The condo is on the 3rd floor with an awesome view of the Comal River, the resort pool, and hot tub! The huge balcony has a very comfortable seating area for your morning coffee or just a relaxing evening! The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. Cooking there was a breeze. There were even community grills located all over the property for your use. The beds were all comfortable! The condo is located literally on the Comal River - you can just jump in, and it is within walking distance of downtown New Braunfels. It is also very close to Landa Park which was an amazing place to visit! Great host and has excellent communication!
