Welcome to Rim Village X3 hosted by Moab Utah Properties. This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage condominium with a private patio with firepit and private hot tub. This property is perfect for large groups and families. Located just 5 miles from the center of downtown. With stunning view of the red rocks and of the La Sal mountains and easy trail access, this is the perfect location for your HOV and trailers. At the end of a adventure filled day enjoy a dip in thepool or a soak in the hot tub.

Walking distance to Pool, Hot tub, Tennis courts, Basketball and kids play area. Guests will have access to the full condo as well as the 2-car garage. There is additional trailer and toy parking on the street. The pool and hot tub are for the community.
The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure.

We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay.

Neighborhood is safe and has a great vibe with people on vacation here to enjoy Moab! Located just 10 minutes from downtown. 15 minute drive from Arches National Park. Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park are only a 30 minute drive from the front door. Moab Golf Course is only 2 miles away or enjoy a dip in Kens Lake within a 5 mile drive.

The newly remodeled communal pool will be open for the 2026 season. Hours are 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Pool will open for the season mid-April and close at the end of October depending on the weather. The community pool and hot tub are controlled by the HOA. We can not guarantee hours or operation.

Located 5 miles from downtown Moab. We suggest having your own vehicle or renting from Canyonlands Jeep Adventures, or Enterprise.

The address listed is for the whole condo complex. This unit is located on Cold Springs Drive within the Rim Village complex and is the second building from the end on the left.
No smoking, parties or open flames(including candles) allowed in home.

    This property was clean and in a quiet location, not too far outside of town and great for families. Some updates needed in the kitchen, particularly with cooking amenities but overall it suited our needs well and we would stay again.
