Right On the Beach - Spectacular Views!

Beautiful area and spectacular views!!

The view makes the climb up the steps worthwhile!! Close to beach and plenty of places to eat!!. Like I said just sitting on the deck having a drink was all I needed!!!

It is exactly what we needed. A quiet getaway with no need to drive anywhere. The food was delicious every place we went to.

We loved everything about the condo, fantastic location within walking distance of multiple nice restaurants and locations. It was clean, the owner contacted us quickly and had a great view.

Very comfortable unit! Great proximity to restaurants and shops! We went to a concert at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater and it was an easy 25 minute drive.Check in was flawless and Mike answered general check in question within minutes! He was great!Beautiful sunrises! Appreciate the seating on the deck!

We had a great time staying at Mike's place! Everything was clean and tidy! The views of the ocean were amazing! This was the perfect condo for me and my wife to escape for a few days! So close to the boardwalk and all the restaurants too! Hope to come back real soon!

The view is beautiful. The location is perfect. Great stay! I’m not docking stars for this but the WiFi did not support me working from home, so I had to go to the library or use my phone as a hotspot but you shouldn’t be needing wifi when on vacation anyways! I just wanted anyone that might be dependent on WiFi to know. The WiFi worked enough to stream the occasional movie at night and it’s a really great apartment. Would stay again (as long as I dont need to work) Thanks for opening your home!

Great view! Wonderful location. Kitchen had what we needed, bedroom and bathroom clean. Enjoyed our stay.

The first thing you notice is how clean everything is. It felt so comfortable to be there. The host was responsive and the view from the living room couch of the ocean sunrises were spectacular. We were given everything we could have needed including wonderful plush towels and plenty of kitchen equipment and extra dish towels etc.There was ample parking in back and the stairs to go up to the third floor were solid and in good condition. I am so glad this is where we got to stay. I didn’t want to leave!

The view was excellent except for the huge pipes and construction equipment (evidently pumping sand back to beach?). We weren’t aware but it really didn’t affect anything regarding our stay. The beach was beautiful.

This house was perfect for my husband and myself. We enjoyed our stay very much. A highlight was watching dolphins from our balcony!! We were here in February so it was a little chilly and rainy but we still enjoyed our stay. Lots of great restaurants and the area has so many things to see and do. We will definitely be back!!

Mike was a great host. He was quick in responding and quite accommodating to our needs. You cannot ask for a better location. It was a wonderful experience to wake up to a beautiful sunrise, and the sunset was equally spectacular. All of the amenities were in good working order, and the kitchen was well stocked with just about any cooking items you might need. The bed and sofa were extremely comfortable, and I loved the seafaring decor. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Absolutely loved my stay at the condo! The view was amazing and the location was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, and check out requirements were reasonable. I hope to come back again!

Beautiful view from the balcony. Watched the sunrise every morning. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. Very peaceful. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Furniture was comfortable.

The most spectacular view and private access to the beach. Host was super quick to respond to my queries. Highly recommend.

Other than the 5000 steps on the stairs, everything was really nice.

This condo was wonderful! The steps leading up to it are a bit of a hike, but absolutely worth it for the stunning ocean view. I especially appreciated the high-quality outdoor seating on the balcony. Perfect for relaxing and taking it all in. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect. Mike was clear with every detail and the condo was ideal for location and comfort. I rent at a North Carolina beach every fall, and this was my favorite condo yet.

This property was perfect for my husband and I on our little “get away”! Ocean front with balcony and steps from the beach. Nice king size bed! We would recommend a stay here to anyone!

The condo was nice, clean, and look like the pictures. I loved the balcony to read on and have my morning coffee. I had one minor hiccup and the owner anwsered my message immediately with a phone call. Check in and out instructions were easy and clear. The location is perfect by the beach and restaurants to eat at or pick food up from. I would definitely stay here again.

The view is amazing. The nearby restaurants are great, another perfect stay. Really appreciate the updated bathroom.

Not a fan of having to make our own bed at the beginning. This is trivial but we are also paying for the cleaning service. Bathroom sink was not as clean as desired (beard trimmings). Not enough toilet paper was available.

The location couldn’t have been any better!

I would definitely recommend this place. Mr. Schultz is top notch. On the 2nd day of my stay,the a/c went out. I contacted Mr. Schultz and he had it taken care of in a matter of a few hours. This place is very convenient cause it’s close to practically everything and the view is great. Nothing like waking up with your morning coffee,pull the drapes back and there’s the beautiful ocean. I definitely would like to stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at a wonderful location. This place is a gem solo getaway with a view as stunning as advertised.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The location was so calm and beautiful. The house was so cozy. And the town was adorable. Overall it was an amazing vacation and we will definitely be back!

The location is great! Beautiful views from the third floor, easy beach access, walking distance to all the restaurants and amenities of Carolina Beach (super close to the boardwalk), great view for the fireworks. You really can’t get a better location than this. The property manager is great. All information is provided for you and it’s very clear what’s there and what we will need to get. Also he’s very response to any questions. A couple items to note:- This is an older property, so it will do things like shake when people walk around heavily; and you will hear neighbors a bit more. - The balcony had a giant pool of water. We believe this was from a leak coming down the sliding glass doors. However, the balcony itself makes it so the water pools there and does not drain. Therefore, even after rain you will have a giant puddle that may not dry for days/weeks.- The appliances were a bit older and all though we could get all of them to sort of work, there were some issues. Such as it would take 4-5 times as long to microwave things and the microwave would randomly shut off.All in all we had a good stay. No major complaints or problems, we knew it was an older location before booking.

You Can't beat the location of this beach house and the view from the back deck was amazing! Very relaxing getaway and loved the fact that you can walk to the boardwalk area and some good restaurants are within walking distance as well.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay here! The steps are definitely a workout, but such a beautiful view!

Right on the beach with a wonderful view from the third floor balcony. We found the private walkway to the beach convenient. There are many restaurants nearby that we enjoyed.

As always, this a great spot to spend a week at the beach. Great location and an even better view from the deck!

My husband and I had a short yet amazing trip! The best part was the beautiful view and location was perfect!

If you are looking for amazing oceanfront views right on the beach, this condo is for you! You just cannot beat the location or the gorgeous morning sunrise over the ocean that greets you each day. This unit appears to be a bit older but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very attentive to messages and concerns. We did not mind the steps up to the top floor- the view is worth it!

The condo was a dream! I traveled alone and felt completely safe. I loved having the beach access literally 30 feet from the house, it was so convenient. The views were incredible. I got to see dolphins two different times. I did request from the owner to have my own unique code to get in the door to make staying alone more comfortable and he had no problem with that (the previous code seemed to be used with others.) This is definitely a place I’d stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a really nice 3 day stay, Mike communicates promptly and is flexible, the kitchen is very well equipped and the view is terrific. But there were a few things that need repair, which I reported to Mike after we left, so I don't know if they happened. The refrigerator quit cooling adequately and a number of our groceries spoiled. The dishwasher leaks when it's running (which I just saw was noted by someone in October), and the toilet tank refills extremely slowly. If these items are attended to, it would make the unit much better.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The balcony and view is spectacular! Enjoyed an amazing sunrise. The couch and the bed were comfortable. The unit was well supplied for our three nights. The stairs are quite a climb and we are in our early 60’s, but we need the exercise so we just considered it a good thing! We were first timers to Carolina Beach and we will be back and may stay here again if available. Thank you!

Great stay with good host. Only complaint is people on the second floor had to have smoked a pound of refer below us. Seen them once doing in their car with their kids right there.

So, the apartment is super central for all things on Carolina Beach. The best past is the amazing ocean views and instant access to the beach. Loved the balcony to relax. The apartment itself was clean and reasonably well appointed. Being completely honest, the bathroom and kitchen both need updated. Time for some painting and upgrades in both.That said, great stay and would recommend to others.

This condo was a nice location with great views. The 4 story climb wasn’t bad at all. The biggest problem with this unit was a total lack of communication with the property manager . We emailed him the day we were arriving asking if we could extend our stay and he never responded. Once we arrived we found his contact information in the welcome book. I texted him requesting to stay an extra day. No response and I could see that he ready message so I called him and got no answer. I texted two more times and again could see he read them and still no responseI finally texted him one last time and said Nevermind! Very frustrating and disappointing.

Overall it was a positive experience. The owner Mike was very communicative prior to the stay with instructions so check in and the view was amazing would be easy. Overall our experience was positive and the view was absolutely incredible! However, there are definitely things that could be improved and replaced within the unit. One being the sliding glass door and screen. They were foggy, and kinda broken. Also, insects were also getting into the unit from a crack in the ceiling in the living room on our last night there. There is a crack over the shower that has been covered with a rubber liner of some kind. Last, the dishwasher leaked water when it was running. Overall our experience was good but it would be so great to see some upgrades made so the experience could be even better.

Nice place great location

Mike was great. Our second time staying here and we had an internet issue because of a storm and Mike was very responsive and did all he could to assist prior to the provider taking care of it.

It is a very nice place with a great vew of the ocean and beach. Put on your walking shoes it is 42 step from the ground up to the door great exercise but its tough in your 50s. Very clean with everthing you need for a great vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. It's conveniently located and has a wonderful view of the ocean.
