☀️Riggings K3-Beautiful Location and Views-Oceanfront Complex w/ Pool☀️

We had the pleasure of staying in Kure Beach at The Riggins and Carolina Reality did an amazing job keeping us informed prior to our trip and communicating with us during our stay. The condo was close to our daughter’s wedding location. The amenities and decor of the condo were very nice. We would stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Super easy check in/out also great line of communication with the management. The view from the balcony is great. The location is right off the beach love that part. Overall A great experience would recommend.

Location and access to the beach was great. The house was very dusty, terrible pans for cooking.

Perfect location nice little condo would definitely stay again

This condo was perfect for my family. It was a great location, and had beautiful views from the balcony! We enjoyed sitting out there in the morning and evenings. Being up on the 3rd floor and going up and down the stairs was definitely worth the views. Place was very clean which made me feel better with having a baby crawling around on the floors. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing balcony with amazing view of the beach with a short walk to historic trails and aquarium.

Place was clean and check in and out was easy. Overall bed/pillows were somewhat uncomfortable. Decent view of the ocean. Unfortunately the place is really close to the water which I normally don’t mind at all, but that left little beach space and the beach itself in the area has a lot of rocks. It is a pretty quiet area though overall and really close to fort fisher park. Probably 3.5/5 rating

It was very good experience… need one more hand soap in bathroom, and need to clean rack beside the sofa both sides, everything else is so good.. we will definitely come back..

View from the balcony is a bit obstructed by another building, but we still could see and hear the waves crashing. Furnishings, dishes and cookware are worn. Good idea to bring cooking oil, seasonings, dish and hand soaps, all toiletries and your favorite TP. Overall, it was adequate and we enjoyed our stay.

My 10 year old and I spent a weekend here and it was lovely! Nice space for the two of us and fun location near the aquarium. The condo was clean overall but the kitchen supplies were not. All dishes and utensils were dirty. Only one pot was usable. The rest were gross. No dish soap or tin foil. Would stay again but bring my own pots and disposable plates!

We enjoyed our stay at the riggings during our 44th wedding anniversary! The location is why we wanted to stay there…..great views and right next door to fort fisher recreation area.

My husband of 45 years and I got away from all responsibilities fo 2 days! The view was perfect and we were able to relax and rest! We even Door Dashed a meal Friday night and that’s a lot for people our age!

The end of the complex, by Fort Fischer, has sandbags right up against the beach row units. The end where this unit is has only 30 feet of beach at high tide with no way to walk down the beach towards the pier except at low tides. Everyone is crammed into a little strip of sand. I’m not sure how they are even renting that front row.

Unfortunately we arrived shortly before tropical storm Debby and had to leave after only a couple of days. Pros: The location is great! The condo was spotless and has a beautiful view! Cons: The furniture and kitchen amenities are tired and could use a refresh. We may not have been bothered by that as much if we weren't spending so much time inside during our brief stormy stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was the perfect size for a couple and it was so close to the ocean! It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved having the option of a pool on the one day that the beach was too windy for comfort. The host was super communicative and everything was as smooth as possible. We would happily stay here again.
