Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is located on the first floor facing the river. The location, layout and amenities are accurate. The condo was clean and well maintained and the Management provides great customer service. This was the 4th time we stayed here. I highly recommend this property and have recommended to friends! It is about a 5 minute drive to the Wildflour Bakery & Cafe that has great food!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the condo had a great location. The WiFi did not work, my husband works remotely so that was a must. I texted the company and they said the would send someone out there, but never did. Luckily my sister and her family were staying in the same condo unit. Our beds, made creaking noises every toss and turn through out the night in which was not a pleasant night stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were happy with our experience staying in Unit 108. This was our third year in the unit. But there are small things, simple things that need to be addressed by the owner or the property management that have been ongoing for three years. We don’t know who is responsible to correct these things. One would not notice these things if you only stayed a few days or a week. An example would be the in the kitchen drawers. There are bowls and lids but the lids don’t fit anything. There are items that are not useable. Another example is the speed chain in the living room fan has been pulled out for the three years we’ve been there. We don’t know who is responsible but feel it should be corrected !

It is clean, well decorated and a fun placee to stay. We will be back next year!

Condo was clean and the grill out back works nice, especially if you want to save money and not eat out every night. The Rio raft company will shuttle you up river even if you have your own tubes for $15 per person.

The property was somewhat secluded in finding it at first but once you were there the gated community was nice. Also, being right on the Guadalupe was great! It was a convenient location to get around the Hill Country Area. The Condo was decorated well and had all the amenities we needed as well as being nice and clean. I would recommend it to a friend or relative.

Overall the furnishings were adequate but some sure getting to the point of needing to be replaced ( the chairs and sofa). The coffee table has needed work the last two years. I tried to help it but couldn’t help it much. I also put pads on kitchen chairs as they made such a noise when scooted! I replaced the sink drain stopper as it was broken. We brought our own sweeper this year as there wasn’t something to clean the carpets. The main carpet in the living room area is OK but the carpet in kitchen and hallways need to be cleaned or replaced. We are glad for these carpets. The coffee pot makes coffee but the carafe doesn’t keep it hot. We appreciated the new set of pans Amanda replaced. The new set was very useful. Obviously the owner s don’t visit this condo very often or they would see some of these needs.

The river was beautiful and the pool was perfect for swimming. Our condo was easy to access, clean and so cute! We had all the amenities we needed and will definitely be back!!

And great access to the river! With a nice patio to sit on if you want to!

It’s perfect for families and they have strict rules that shuts the noise down at 10 pm.
