I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. Unit clean. We stayed Saturday till Tuesday. It was really nice when most of the condos were not rented on Sunday or Monday. It was like we had the entire complex to ourselves! The bad: The unit does have a strong unusual smell that hits you hard when you enter. Real hard! There were absolutely no cooking supplies in kitchen. Usually, there is a small amount of foil or Ziploc bags or even salt and pepper that the units usually have. (My 3rd time to stay at this complex) I’m not in the habit of packing foil or Ziploc bags. Plus, there were only 2 keurig pods for coffee for a 3 night stay.

The rental was very well appointed, the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked for cooking. We also appreciated the extra outdoor chairs and the little nets for kids. It is clearly a loved rental and great for families with kids. The view out the patio was amazing. We had a great stay and can’t wait to return.

Reviewer Comments: Besides being beautiful and comfortable, this was a perfect place for a large family get together. We had 3 condos side by side and could easily go from one to another. The kids played in the spacious area and river. We will definitely be staying there again.
