Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo is very nice. The host was helpful and connected us with a taxi driver friend that was honest and helpful. There is Wi-Fi internet but not very good bandwidth. My understanding is that that is common, so plan to use your phone data. The pool is shaded so can be pretty cold. It was safe to walk downtown. It was a little more spendy in Tulum than many other places we have been, but very nice. The food was great. The taxi driver took us to the supermarket and waited for us. We cooked at the condo for some meals but mostly ate out. Rolandi's pizza was fabulous. Overall, this was a nice condo with 24/7 security. It has a locked gate with a code to get in and out. The host and owner were very friendly.

Stayed Jul 2, 2021We are a family of four and the apartment met all of our needs. The apartment is spacious and my children each had their own room, however it’s also big enough for larger families. The only recommendation is that they provide more cooking items such as pots, tongs, knives, etc.
