Stayed Jul 12, 2025Nice condo, super clean, great location!! The only reason for four stars is the constant noise of kids from pool opening to pool closing at 10:00 at night. Great for families with small/young kids, but not for adults only.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024We arrived at the location and put in the door code. It worked, but someone else’s stuff was inside. The couple who rented it soon arrived, so it was only then that we knew that the condo was double booked. At this time in St. George Utah, nothing is available, as there are multiple events going on. The 5 of us had to find couches and floors to sleep on for two nights until we could book 2 rooms in a hotel. It cost us $265 extra to cram into two hotel rooms for the remaining 8 days. So, no, this was not a good experience. Quite stressful for 5 ladies over 75 years old and no compensation for our extra cost and inconvenience. You certainly should not list this owner’s rentals again.

Stayed Mar 18, 2024Spacious unit with a nice view of the pool / spa. Easy elevator access and parking were a plus. Absolute minimal toilet paper and paper towels were supplied requiring us to purchase them. Some basic cleaning in the baths were missed.

Stayed Mar 24, 2024This was our first VRBO and we really enjoyed it! The property is newer which was nice. Pool was clean and large, along with the hot tub. It can get noisy with how many kids were staying on the property (and playing saxophone on the balcony at 8:00 am) but other than that, we had a great time and will stay here again.
