Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lazy river at Falling Waters Beach Resort was relaxing, fun and refreshing. Absolutely the best pool in Naples. The umbrella tables and chairs were very much needed from the sun, and there were plenty. There was plenty of space in between, so you weren’t right on top of each other. There was a lap pool that you could sit at, too. The location was where you’d want to be. It was at the intersection of Collier Blvd. and Route 41. Marco Island was a ten minute ride away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Our only complaint was the unit we rented. The lanai was furnished with indoor furniture instead of outdoor furniture. It was very moldy and dirty. We couldn’t sit on it. It was the biggest lanai I’ve ever seen. Shameful that we couldn’t use it. The unit is very dated with the decor from the 80’s. The whole place needs a thorough cleaning and needs to be updated. I am hoping the owner takes this review seriously and does something about it. I met a former renter my last day there, and he said he complained to Management, but obviously nothing was done by the owner. This unit could be the top rental. Please fix it up, so it is. I am highly recommending Falling Waters. You won’t be disappointed.

Great location, lots of space but furnishings/appliances are dated and need attention. The VRBO fee that was charged in addition to the listed price was an unwelcome surprise.
