Stayed Jul 2, 2025The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the Bistro had great food and the grandchildren absolutely loved the pool area.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Room door to balcony don’t lock didn’t provide toilet paper napkins or anything bathtub was clogged gross communication was so bad never wouldnt reply when stuff was bad didn’t care of what I would say still waiting for a partial refund. Due to everything being wrong with room

Stayed Aug 4, 2025Checked in and condo had not been cleaned. Told front desk and they said since they didn’t own it they could not help us in any way. I understand the situation but the way the front desk completely washed their hands and refused to give us any assistance other than “this isn’t our problem it’s yours” was frustrating. When contacting Vrbo we got assistance and had to wait until the room was cleaned which was obviously done in a rush. Put us standing with our luggage in the lobby for more than 2 hours. When contacted by the host all we got was that “these things happen ,maybe get something to eat and see if it’s done then”. Again not a very satisfying response when we are sitting in a lobby after a ten hour drive.

Stayed May 23, 2024Property is clean, there is a restaurant/bar on property. The pool area is real nice. There is a parking garage on property to park in that was easy to go in and out. There's public beach access with a good amount of parking right across the street. There is also a shuttle, but we never used it. It was a better property then expected. Everyone I came in contact with that worked there was real polite and friendly. The condo itself is decent size for a short stay with a nice balcony view of the pool. I had no issues during my stay.

Stayed Feb 27, 2024We enjoyed our stay! It was a little hard to find luggage carts when we went to check out but over all great place to stay. The shuttle was easy to use as well!
