Resort Condo w/ Beach Access in Indian Shores!

Shauna is very nice. We really liked the apartment, kitchen items, bath towels, sheets, very complete house for our accommodation. I would come back.

Barefoot Beach Resort is an excellent choice if you want a laid-back, home-like stay in a beautiful waterfront setting. It’s perfect for couples, families, and anyone who prefers a quieter beach experience without sacrificing comfort or convenience. The combination of value, location, and amenities makes it one of Indian Shores’ standout stays!

The only restaurant besides a expensive one was at least a ten minute walk

The sofa is dirty and also the sofa bed was not usable it was dirty looking. There were no extra sheets to be put on either bed. The shower heads were awful . Our feet were black from the floors they were dirty. If I owned something like this I would make sure it was taken care of . Could use some paint on woodwork and just some care . It’s a shame , it is a nice condo.

Very spacious and amenities: soaps, shampoo, detergents, spices and very well equipped in kitchen. Bed was so comfortable. A nice place to relax with all you need.

The host was great with making the stay comfortable. Unfortunately the unit below us had a leak that resulted in water being shut off in our unit, so we had to move. However, the host communicated in a timely and helpful manner to ensure this was a painless process.

Condo is very conveniently located. Short walk to the beach and pool. Unit it self was clean and well appointed. As someone else already mentioned, the mattress needs to be updated (not much support at all). But overall was a great place to stay.

Slight hiccup getting in the door but was PLEASANTLY surprised that when I called the property manager, answered immediately and quickly solved the issue. The condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean. There were lots of items stored inside the closet for beach fun. Would highly recommend using this for your next stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very very nice. We were very pleased with the accommodations. The beach was so easy to get to and we ate at the salt rock next door and it was awesome. We would definitely like to come again!

Stay was great!! Just wanted a nice relaxing weekend and we got just that!!

Loved everything about this condo. So much beach stuff provided and a fishing pole! Lots of toiletries and coffee. Saved us some money not having to buy those things! Host was very responsive. Right across from beach access. Fishing dock on site was a huge hit for my hubby while daughter and I swam in the pool. I recommend you stay here! We will be back!

Nice location across from beach access. Pretty area. Layout of condo was nice. Dual shower heads were great! Had a good supply of beach equipment. Fun beach themed interior. Floor may need cleaned more thoroughly between renters as feet turned black, but can be expected at a beach destination.

Great property with easy access to the beach as well as quick access to many other parts of the Clearwater area.

Our stay was too short! We had the best time here. It was very clean, beach, and relaxing. So close to the beach and the pool by the bayside was beautiful. Love the area and ice cream at kooky coconut. Will definitely be returning!

This was a great location for a long weekend at the beach with our kids. It is right next to mini golf and close to a lot of restaurant's. We loved walking to the coffee shop in the morning. It appeared they are renovating all of the first floor units. So there was some construction going on. But it was never a noise issue for us. The pool was great! And we loved the connivence of the gas grills. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing time here on a girls trip. The water was stunning and the walk to the beach was so short and perfect. The condo was a great size and was very homey. We cant wait to return for many more memories.

The condo was just as described- very nice. Had everything we needed. Had some trouble with the TV (because we are OLD) and the owner was great and came to help in 15 minutes! The Barefoot Beach Resort was also great, conveniently located, clean pool, and the poolside restrooms were well maintained. Would definitely recommend!

Clean condo with all the basics. Perfect for our family of 3. Responsive owner. Great location: pool near, 5 min walk to the beach, quick walks to a great coffee shop, seafood restaurant, and mini golf. Had a wonderful stay! Truly only parking for one car, so plan accordingly if needed.

We once again enjoyed our stay in Barefoot Beach Resort. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner brought us a new coffee maker when we couldn’t get the other one to work and we really appreciated it! He also brought two new beach chairs which was a bonus! We definitely will stay here again when we come back to the beautiful Indian Shores area.

Can’t say enough about this property. The condo was especially clean and comfortable. It really lacks nothing. The owners stock it very nicely. I think the only thing I would get is a shoe tray for shoes or rug for the front door to catch the sand, but I have not seen any condos that have that. I would highly recommend this condo, it’s two doors down from the laundry which was extremely convenient. The pool was heated, big and had rest rooms in the pool area which was nice. Very nice condo living.

Lovely pool and just across the street from beach. Well stocked with beach chairs, bags and umbrellas. Condo is standard one bed/bath. Could use some floor tile grout cleaning.Mattress pad hadn’t been attended to in awhile. Overall, a good place to stay.

The condo was clean. The bath towels were a disgrace. The TV in the living room was internet based only. I could. not get any live local news. Everything was 3 hour delayed. I also had to watch my playoff footbal game in the bedroom. I was not happy.

Property is a really nice neighborhood. Very clean. Well stocked. Near lots of good stuff. It was probably in description that I failed to read, but no on beach. Does have beach access. TV was funky. Never figured it out. Not a huge deal. Overalll good stay.

Our initial experience walking in the door was a blast of intense bleach smell. Additionally, while we understand the AC was set to eco mode, it was 80 degrees - much too hot and took a long time to cool down comfortably. We were also surprised to find the floors absolutely filthy… we had to try to keep our 18 month old off the floors as much as possible - not an easy task. Our feet were black after walking around barefoot inside for only a short time. Not very inviting! The cookware was in poor condition and many of the dishes in the cabinet/drawers still had food on them. Gross! Cabinet doors/drawers/knobs were greasy and also had smeared food on them. The towels provided were dingy and had brown dirt marks. The sheets were a dingy, yellowed and stained. Sand covered absolutely EVERYTHING in the unit. While we understand fully that this is a beach condo, the condition was absolutely unacceptable. There wasn’t even cleaning supplies available for us to use to help clean up some of the mess! On the bright side… The complex itself seemed pretty nice, wonderful neighborhood/area, close beach access which was a major plus, and the pool was nice. It’s a shame that the unit was such a disappointment because we had a fantastic family vacation aside from our actual condo. The unit really needs some attention in order to live up to its potential! .

My friend and I decided to come down for LDW and we could not be any happier with our stay! The location to the beach was perfect and quick drives to surrounding areas. The condo itself was super clean and well equipped but also the condo complex was clean and quiet. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I loved that they had beach towels, chairs, cooler, boogie boards and umbrellas. Everything you would need to enjoy your beach stay. Even has games and puzzles. I had an issue (self caused) with the door lock and the property manager responded immediately and fixed the issue. Will definitely be staying here again! Zero issues!

This is our third stay in this unit, so we clearly love it! The layout is perfect for us, the resort is quiet, family- friendly, and has a huge pool. Beach is right across the street and not crowded. Some updates this year--the new TV is much easier to use, bigger fridge, new paint and furniture in the Florida room. We LOVE the furniture update to the Florida room--it's perfect for our teenager! Please consider updating the mattress in the bedroom next.
