Stayed Dec 22, 2025The Host was great with communication. The location was ideal for both the beach lover and shopper. The studio was nicely renovated and very clean. Also, very quiet and well lit at nighttime. Looking forward to our return trip.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025What a wonderful spot to stay! The studio was clean and in a perfect location for beach lovers and shoppers. We enjoyed walking to the beach and grabbing dinner on 3rd. Everything was absolutely perfect for our mother daughter trip and I can’t wait to come back next year!

Stayed Oct 26, 2024No internet, no TV, elevator broken, no pool heater, water seeping up through the floor, tub not draining. We had to move to a hotel after one night. They did refund. Never should have been rented.

This studio exceeded our expectations in location, totally renovated with furnishings that are modern and up to date. great pool and a half block from the beautiful beaches of Naples. Great location!! Easy walk to 5th as well as just being on Gulf Shore Drive. Wonderful, wonderful!! Avery is on top of everything and very responsive.
