Our spacious three bedroom condo is located at Pitkin Creek, East Vail's best located and best kept complex. We are only 100 yards from the last stop in the morning and the first stop in the evening on the FREE bus route to Main Vail and Skiing so there's no waiting, no need for parking and a very short bus ride. Pitkin has a well stocked general store on the property as well as a liquor store. In short, there is no better location in East Vail than Pitkin Creek.

Stayed Mar 17, 2026Ski shuttle on 1 minute walking, grocery / Convenience store in the complex. Great location on 10 mins from Vail village with shuttle.

Stayed Dec 26, 2025Excellent location in same complex as convenience store and super close to bus stop. Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Plenty of towels and blankets, good layout for a family.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025Check in was super easy, Anne was awesome and quickly responded to questions. Kitchen was stocked with all i needed to make a spagetti dinner. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Pool was not as warm as i would have liked. Overall great location. Furniture needs to be updated and exterior stairs are showing wear. A little pricey but a Great stay.

Stayed Feb 8, 2025Nice updated top floor condominium, three bathrooms, close to the ski bus stop, short ride to the Vail Transportation Center. It has a Roku TV which could be a bit limiting in terms of TV options for certain events, but in the end it’s a ski trip

Stayed Aug 2, 2024Noise from I-70 trucks was quite audible from upper BR. TV impossible to use without paying monthly fees. Could add chair and luggage racks in upper BR. Otherwise, facility was clean and comfortable.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024We had a fantastic summer kickoff weekend weekend with family staying at Anne's property in East Vail. The layout and description are spot on. The 3 bedroom and 3 bath layout worked great for my family and my cousin's family. Total group was 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Often times, the beds aren't always comfortable or in very good shape in short term rentals, but that's not the case here - the beds were certainly comfortable and in good shape. Anne (property manager) was great from the start, including the booking process all the way through check-out. She was always very responsive and accommodating with us. For sure would stay at the condo again in the future!
