RENOVATED Ocean Front 2-story Condo - Access to Amelia Island Golf & Beach Club

Very clean and tidy! Obviously been renovated but definitely starting to age a little with the wear and tear. Could use a new TV but everything was clean and seem very well cared for.

The view from the balcony was beautiful and the access to the beach made the stay amazing. I had a conference at the Ritz and it was an easy and beautiful walk to the venue. The condo had all the amenities we needed. Although we didn't cook in, the kitchen was fully supplied with everything we could need. I will definitely be back!

What a nice place to stay! Loved the condo and the location. Our host Victoria and Tom had everything ready for us and all the amenities we could have needed. Great veiws from the balcony and upper bedroom. Very quiet. Easy parking. Right next to the pool and easy access to the beach. Lots of amenities for the beach. Close to the grocery store. This unit was well equipped with everything you could need. Easy drive to town and lots of shopping and dinning options. We will definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back.

The view was outstanding and the unit was clean and well stocked.

Very nice accommodations with beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. Loved watching the dolphins and birds. Quiet beach. Nice complex.

Perfect location, quiet residential area. Directly adjacent to gym and pool facility. Steps from the beach. 10/15 minutes to restaurants and shops in Fernandina Beach. Located within minutes of golf courses.Victoria was a great host - responded to all requests, questions etc. Condo was nicely updated and clean.Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This property is nicely renovated. It's everything noted in the listing and more. The balcony has a great view of the ocean, unlike those patios on the first floor. We would love to stay again.

Everything was as advertised and perfect for our small family. Location was great, everything was clean and easy, and the view from the balcony and living room is hard to beat.

The property was so nice. Access to beach was great! The view from the balcony was really pretty, especially with all the natural dunes. The condo had everything we needed and even extras that we had not planned on being provided. The owners were always quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. Our first time to Amelia Island and it did not disappoint!!

The condo was amazing. It was clean and organized. The appliances were new and in great working condition. The pool was a minute walk from the front door. Two walkways to the beach were very close - 3 minute walk to the beach. The owner was easy to get in contact with and responded quickly. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great place. Very continently located next to the Club Pool. Beautiful views from the balcony. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo great, a lot of steps, long walk to beach but A plus

Upon arrival we were disappointed. Having so much excitement walking in, it was apparent the maid had not completed her job and left items undone and not communicated issues to the property owner. The dryer needs to run a little longer then the sensor and it was evident all the towels set out for us were still a little damp and some were left in the dryer which we found after arrival. As such we had to wash them all again. We also had a few other issues one that limited our ability to use the shower for a day due to the shower door which is tough for a family of 6 at the beach to only have one shower and another issue was a main light out in the kitchen which made it dark in the cooking area.Having said that we were able to communicate with Victoria to get the main items including the light and shower taken care of within 24 hrs. Those first 24hrs were unfortunately not vacation mode as we had to rewash linens, couldn’t use the shower, and be available for the repair worker which kept us from the beach. However I will say I have full confidence that if Victoria had been made aware of these issues prior to our arrival she would have taken care of them. Communication between the maid and owner would have prevented this.The views are incredible and easy access to the beach make this a prime location. The access to the beach club was also much appreciated. It is right next door.The place itself is nice and there are two nice chairs and a wagon kept inside for beach trips.

Very nice property. You can’t beat the balcony views unless you are on the beach!! It was great to have the high chair for our little one. We were all happy with everything and will definitely rent again.

Location, location!! Condo was in an excellent location, with easy access to beach and pool. Loved that we had access to beach gear versus needing to pack all of our own. Condo was well appointed and well cared for. Would def come back again!

Fantastic property!

This was our first time on the property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was stocked and furnished with everything we needed for a comfy and relaxed trip. The condo was nicely renovated with a very workable kitchen. It was just as advertised and we enjoyed access to the Beach Club as well. We look forward to visiting again.

The location is excellent. Quiet and beautiful area, yet close to shops and restaurants. The condo is great with an excellent view of the beach.

Even though we got hit with Hurricane Helene we made the best of our trip. Nice views and quiet property.

It was not as clean as we would have preferred. Didn't get pool access until the day before we left.

Oven door didn’t close, couldn’t use, the shower didn’t have hot water and no instructions on how to use it, but had pages of instructions and things for us to do like clothes and dishes, this is a vacation people we are not your cleaners! The ramp to the beach was inadequate for anyone disabled, would not recommend or return. Hey at least the place was cute

We had a short stay at this beutiful ocean front condo. Location was great and close to many restraurants. The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and the check in was easy. Communication from host was great as well. Would highly recommend!

The beach condo was all around great, from location on the beach to views from the kitchen it doesn’t get any better. We loved watching the dolphins off the patio in the morning. The condo is very close to the pool which was never crazy busy during our stay. The host is great to work with and gives great recommendations for the island.
