Check in was fine - the key didn't work so I had to call the prop mgr and they brought the right key. The keypad didn't work so I had to wait around one day until the maintenance person could look at it. He couldn't fix it so that was kind of a waste of time. PROS - The unit was recently remodeled. It was very small, but I was expecting that. I wasn't expecting the bedroom to be the first thing you saw when you walked through the front door. Overall, the location was awesome. Right at the beach and there were plenty of businesses around (eating, shops, etc). Parking was fine, if you were lucky to get a spot under the condos. The condo was well stocked with plenty of towels, considering there wasn't a washer dryer in the unit. CONS - It had a harsh, chemical smell upon entering. Not sure if it was from the cleaners or something else. The sofa was a bit tired and could probably use a replacement. The bathroom was tiny. This condo is really good for one maybe two people but any more than that and I would say you would be tripping over each other. The bedroom was so small that the queen bed barely fit into it. It was just fine for what I needed and I would recommend it. Just be aware that it isn't large and you won't have a ton of space. But who stays in their ocean front condo all day anyway??

Loved our stay! Near coligny square which was great for walking to lunch after a few hours at the beach. Condo was clean and just as described. Ocean view was just as pictured.

The location was excellent. The pool and the the area surrounding was nice and clean. It was nice to sit on the balcony in the morning and evening and watch the sun rise and set. The air conditioner worked great and we were glad for that! The size of the place was much smaller than described. I could not imagine having more than two people in the space. We were tripping over each other in the bedroom area and the bathroom. Also the laundry area is not easy to find. We ended up just taking our dirty clothes with us to our next location and wash them there. Overall I would stay here again as long as I was with someone I don't mind being in close quarters with or was by myself.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
