You are booking the whole condo, not a private room in a house. You may park off-street in the back or free streetparking--no permit required.

This is a 2 bed 1 bath condo. 1 bedroom has a king-size bed and a work desk.

The other has two TWIN-XL (longer) beds.

You agree to NOT move furniture around.

Dog We allow (1) small dog (under 50 lbs) and you agree to $25/night per fee added to the booking total. Zero impact pet policy (meaning you will not leave a sign a dog was on-site upon departure, you don’t allow dogs on furniture or rugs or in bedrooms, and the housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your dog. Your dog will go outside on a leash only to the front yard. If you are bringing your dog you are expected to leave your dog in a kennel when you depart so that it cannot roam the house alone.

We do have an exterior camera on this property on the front door which records video and audio and is motion controlled. It must not be tampered with or repositioned, and if you do so, you’ll be asked to leave and will not be given a refund. Of course, we have no cameras inside the property whatsoever.

You also will not allow more than five people on the property at any time for insurance reasons and the local fire marshal code.

Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that can be seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Allgreen Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
