Renovated Beachfront Condo with Private Pier!

Amazing vacation! Loved the location of our condo, short drive to pretty much anywhere on the island.The access to the pier was incredible and the fishing did not disappoint! The condo very clean and with a great ocean view. Can’t wait to come back

This condo has been recently renovated and it was beautiful, super clean, the beds slept great!!! The view was AMAZING. We had the best time celebrating my grandmother's 70th birthday. 100000/10 highly recommend!!! :)

I picked this condo for my birthday get away. The view was very nice with sun rise every morning. However the primary shower was not cleaned I found wash cloths hanging on the curtains hair in the drain and the tub you can tell has not been cleaned fully in some time. I called as soon as I could but the message was not answered to the next day. They came and 'cleaned' it but wasn't great. And no one ever followed up with me. All the furniture could use a deep clean since it's a beach condo you can see the stains from months of sun screen on the furniture. While I loved my stay they need to pick up the cleaning. And bring ice because the ice make doesn't work. And I almost got locked in the bathroom the handle came off. Other than that it was nice to stay and close to all the fun of downtown.

Checking in was very easy and the condo unit was in a great location. 2nd floor and right across from the steps and elevator. Very quiet and never any noise outside of our door. Upon entry the view is beautiful and you walk right into the kitchen. The bedrooms were all very nice and the mattresses were all very comfortable and seemed like they were new. That’s always important to me when reading reviews is to know how the beds are. The living room was very nice and cozy. The private pier was so nice to walk on anytime you wanted or fish off of. Also a nice place to go under the pier on the beach to have some shade. The walkway out to the beach is so convenient with 0 steps. The pool was always so clean and the lounge chairs around it were very nice. The parking spaces were always available and gated access made it feel safe to go out at night if you needed to get something out of your car. This was our first time visiting Amelia Island but won’t be our last. You will be glad you booked a stay in this condo unit. Perfect amount of space and very comfortable during your stay.

We loved this beautiful condo. It was right on the beach, was very clean, had comfortable beds and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Our family visited for the GA/FL football weekend. This condo was a great location for us. It was roomy, clean, and exactly as photographed. The views are beautiful. There was secure, easy access to the beach. The pool looked very inviting. The property managers were very responsive to any needs/questions. We will definitely plan to return!

We loved the condo. The location was perfect, and it was not very busy. I liked the fact that there were plenty of restaurants. There were people around, but it wasn't overly crowded. We were there during the July 4th week. The views from the condo were beautiful. The pool was also large, and there was a place for everyone, unlike going somewhere where you can't find a spot. Booking through Stay Better Vacations was quick and hassle-free. They sent reminder texts and emails leading up to our stay. The amount of communication was just right in my opinion. They were very helpful and not bothersome at all. I will keep you all in mind should we ever book again in Amelia Island. My only complaint was the parking. This is a gated community, and we had 2 parking passes. However, there are a lot more rooms than there are parking spots. We made it work. Thanks, Michelle

Overall Fantastic!! The weather was too chilly Saturday for the beach and just relaxed in the Condo!! It is absolutely beautiful Condo!! Would recommend a few extra blankets in the closet and a few more bowls with lids in the kitchen. I will definitely try to stay here again for a longer visit!!❤️

My family and I stayed for the holiday weekend. The condo was wonderful. The view was breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise and set each day on the ocean was amazing. The neighbors were quiet, the grounds were clean and well kept. Having the pier right outside the complex was another hidden gem. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!!
