Renovated beachfront condo, spectacular Gulf views

Beach view was stunning. While we did not use, the pool and hot tub were great.

The condo is amazing and just as advertised. The ocean views are amazing and I could stay on that balcony for hours just soaking them in. There is nothing better than comfortable chairs and hearing the ocean waves to lull you to take an afternoon nap. The condo is equipped with pretty much anything you need for your stay. Bath towels are soft which is a nice touch. The decor is beautiful and not too much like some condos overdo. The owners are very communicative but also great at letting you enjoy their place which we appreciated. They provided all the details we needed the week before and made sure to check in with us. Clear and concise instructions were provided for check in and out process. The house keeping staff does a fantastic job at keeping this place immaculate. No issues whatsoever. If you are planning a trip to Destin and you see this gem available, grab it as you won't regret it.

We took a few days off after our daughter’s wedding to relax and stayed in this condo. Beautiful and exactly as described! Would stay here again!

We had an amazing time at this location! The room fit perfectly for the family of 4! Bunk beds were a hit for the kids separate from the bedroom! Having the different pools to go to if we weren’t in the beach mood were awesome. The view was wonderful. The place had anything and everything we needed. We did venture out to a ton of places around Destin, rented a pontoon and went to crab island. Close to all the places we wanted to see.

The place is just as described. The pools and hot tubs were utilized by us a lot. The weather was not always the best so an option other than the beach was perfect. The beach is beautiful.

GREAT VIEW, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING & CLEAN

Wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and beach everyday. Sitting on the balcony, closing your eyes, and listen to the sound of the waves is amazing. This condo is very quiet, clean, and felt like home.

We were very surprised to find that the listing photos do not match the property - to the point that we thought we had walked into the wrong property. Drastically different furniture than listing photos, different bathroom than listing photos. Overall, good simple condo, nothing luxurious. Great location, close to everything.

The property was clean and just as described. Close to everything! I can’t usually sleep well when we travel, but the bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this Pelican Beach condo. The location was perfect for sitting on the balcony and watching the Gulf. It was relatively tranquil and peaceful considering it was Memorial Day weekend. The owner was extremely prompt in responding to our questions. We were steps from the beach. We would not hesitate to stay in this condo again.

Condo was very clean which is very important to me. It has been remolded and looks nice. Great ocean views. Host kept in touch to make sure everything was going well. Wonderful experience with this rental.
