Beautiful new renovation occupying the second and third floors of a historic townhouse in a prime downtown location with great restaurants on the doorstep. Open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a pool table room with balcony access overlooking a beautiful courtyard. Smart TVs with cable.
Spacious master suite with king bed, living area with TV and large modern bathroom with soaking tub. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and one with two twin beds.

Two bedrooms with queen beds and one with twin beds. 2 full bathrooms in the hallway outside of the bedrooms.

The entire home is all yours. The courtyard is shared with the first floor businesses during regular business hours.

We live locally and are available as needed.

The house is located in the warehouse district downtown right between the French quarter and garden district. One block from the streetcar, Mardi Gras parade route and world war 2 museum. There are excellent restaurants and nightlife in the neighborhood.

Please message us prior to booking if you plan on bringing pets.
1. We are legally limited to the posted maximum occupancy by local law. Additional guests occupying the space will be charged $100 per person per night.
2. Quiet hours are between 11pm -7am.
There is an office located on the first floor so please be mindful of noise during regular business hours.
3. Unauthorized late checkouts are a $100 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given and our cleaners have the right to enter the property and begin cleaning if they arrive and you are still present. If you are not at the property, our cleaners will set your items outside for you to collect. If the space you’re renting is for multiple units, the fee will be $100/hour per unit.
4. Smoking in the unit will result in a $500 Deodorization Fee. Please smoke outside and use the ashtrays provided.
5. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party will be charged a $1,500 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras with active recording is present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken.
6. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces. If touch up paint etc is required there will be a charge.
7. Please use the make up wipes and black makeup towels to remove makeup to avoid damaging linens/towels.
8. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.
9. While pets are allowed at this listing they are limited to 1 pet under 35lbs unless authorized prior to booking. Pets must be kenneled when left alone but should not disturb neighbors. Guests must clean up after pets outside. Pets should not be allowed on beds or furniture.
10. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.
11. Pack n` Plays and high chairs are available upon request. There is limited availability. Please inquire via message if you would like to reserve one.
12. There is a $500 minimum fee for commercial photography and filming on the property.
13. Unfortunately, we cannot accept instant bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans. Please message prior to booking.

    Fabulous stay! Location was very walkable - everywhere we wanted to go was about a mile away. Close to trolley stop as well. Clean and well-stocked kitchen; beds were comfy. Our host was very responsive... check-in and out couldn't have been easier! Would definitely recommend.

    Excellent location for our stay while attending a trade show held at the Convention Center. Communication with the owner/management was excellent and responsive. The home met or exceeded our expectations on all levels. We especially enjoyed the back, private courtyard for entertaining and hosting a company BBQ. Overall, fantastic property.

    We were a multi generational family who found this property very accommodating and spacious. The courtyard provides a quiet retreat from the city chaos and noise level plus it gives you some room to spread out. The property was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. We are foodies and the kitchen was well stocked. Host was responsive to anything we needed. We would revisit this location!

    4 couples traveled to New Orleans to watch our beloved Longhorns compete in the Sugar Bowl. This home is amazing. They had everything you needed. We never moved our vehicle! The host was super responsive throughout and he booking and during our stay. Wonderful trip!

    We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The location of the home was perfect, walking distance to French Quarters, Garden district and a block away from the WW2 Museum. We even spent a couple of evenings in cooking and relaxing at the home. This home made our visit to New Orleans relaxing, comfortable and very enjoyable. Dominique was very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions - even on Xmas day! Thank you Domonique!
