Stayed Mar 30, 2026The place was comfortable and basic. It’s in a safe area and very convenient. There is no dishwasher and very basic amenities in the kitchen. The only challenge is that there is a lot of street noise outside… trucks driving by late night/early morning. There is a 4 way stop at corner where the unit is. Overall it’s a good safe unit for reasonable price.

Stayed May 31, 2026My stay 5/31-6/4 was everything I expected. Clean & quite, the perfect little get away spot. The pool was so calming. I even sat at the pool and watched the inland water and wildlife. Loved everything about this place.

Stayed Jan 25, 2025Property was amazing - Definitely one of those don’t judge a book by its cover kind of listings. The place was clean and very well maintained, nicely updated interior, and absolutely AMAZING location. The host was super responsive and gave great suggestions! The only thing I would suggest is be weary if you’re a light sleeper because it’s a bit of a noisy area and there is hardly any soundproofing. Other than that, we had trouble with the wifi the whole time but there are many nearby places that offer free wifi anyways. Literally 10 min drive from the beach and super close to Las Olas. Would recommend this place for sure at such a great price.
