    Great condo ,close to the beach, clean, well supplied, a little too much shade for the wife though, lots of tree canopy, everything one could want for a rental, no complaints here

    We loved our stay in this condo. The pool is right outside the back door and the beach is a quick and easy walk across the street. We loved all the walking trails and the beach was never super crowded.

    My husband and I spent two weeks at the end of March at this Beachwood condo. We were very please with the condo itself and the surrounding area at Omni resorts. I was able to walk everyday and felt safe doing so. The property is just a short walk away to the ocean. We enjoyed a boat trip to Cumberland Island, shopping in Fernandina Beach and trying out some great restaurants. We also drove to Jacksonville and St Augustine. We would definitely return.

    This condo was great for my family of four. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed having the pool right outside. The beach access was easy to get to and we loved our time on Amelia. Highly recommend!

    We loved this place. Private but very convenient to everything. The back sliders to the patio looked out to the pool (just community residents may use), which was clean and well maintained. Past the pool was a view to the little par 3 golf course. The ocean and very expansive beach were just out the front door across the street and over the dunes. We caught the sunrise and went for a couple of long beach walks. Bike Rentals, a number of good restaurants, retail shops, the spa, a miniature golf course and kayak rentals are all within easy walking distance of the condo, as is the main resort. Once you rent bikes you can go pretty much wherever you want on the resort property. It's an easy ride (flat except over the access road) to the marshes on the other side of the island,. There are plenty of pedestrian pathways, so you are not competing with cars for road space when near the main resort. Off resort, we played Golf at Amelia River - solid course with some very nice holes in pretty decent shape. The main town and historic fort at the north end of the island were both worth the trip. Inside the condo was very nice. Clean, functional and attractive. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was sufficiently provisioned, and the appliances all worked as one would expect. Would definitely recommend.

    We wish we would have had a few extra days to enjoy everything there was to do at this location. Condo was very comfortable for our family of four, very clean with a great location by the pool and close walk to beach. Lots of biking trails nearby. Would definitely come back!

    GREAT LOCATION GOOD PLACE TO RELAX AND PLENTY OF PLACES TO WALK AND A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE AGENCY AND PROPERTY TO ANYONE.
