Stayed Feb 26, 2026Staying in this condo is like staying in a friend's or family member's vacation home. It was very well-stocked, homey, and comfortable. There was plenty of supplies (paper goods, spices, dishwasher soap, trash bags, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, etc). The kitchen was well-furnished and there was plenty of beach towels, etc. The owner was responsive and helpful. The view from the condo was great! We enjoyed walking on the beach and reading on the covered patio while listening to the ocean waves. I would stay again.

Stayed Jan 31, 2026Host went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied and to urge us to contact him any time. The condo is comfortable and was accommodating for my wife with ambulatory issues to get to the pool area. Friendly people staying there who included us in their pool gatherings and outings.

Stayed Sep 24, 2025We had a great stay! Check-in was very easy, and communication was excellent. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were there with our two kids (age 8) and loved how close the beach was. It made it very easy to watch the kids at the pool or the beach.

Stayed May 9, 2025I got to spend Mother’s Day with my three daughters in this awesome oceanfront condo. Just steps to the beach easy access to Pool, and a short drive to all of my favorite restaurants in New Smyrna beach. Clean and all the necessities you need for the weekend to have fun on the beach. The host is amazing to work with, super friendly, and I highly recommend this unit.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025Couldn’t have been any closer to the beach! Views were amazing! Loved the fact that you could just walk right out the door and be on the beach and that it was a smaller condo complex. Beach was not crowded and condo had everything we needed!
