We had the absolute best stay in this beautiful condo! The check in process was seamless and the condo itself was so clean and beautifully decorated. All amenities we needed were provided which was so convenient for us. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here for every trip I take to St. Augustine.

This condo was great. It was clean, in a great location and had everything you needed. My daughter loved the heated pool. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome stay in this beautiful condo. Loved the beach access and great walk-in pool for the kids and us old peeps! We had trouble with the AC but that was fixed after one hot overnight. I would suggest going through the laundry area and trying to fix the moldy smell and also sort through the beach items to trash those that are broken. I didnt want to throw anything out since it isnt mine but it should be done - umbrellas! Loved it!

We enjoyed our trip during Spring Break. The property was easy to access and clean; the condo was great with first floor access with the pool within view of the patio. The condo was well equipped and we didn’t need anything relating to necessities. If we go back to St. Augustine, we definitely will book again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication was great, it was nice to have instructions and reminders sent via text pretrip, during and afterwards. Pictures are accurate and the space was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the dog gate set up on the patio as our dogs liked to sunbath while we enjoyed time on the patio. We love this area for its proximity to many local activities and shops. We would definitely return.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The property was very dog friendly and the patio had a small fence that was great for having dogs outside. The only down side was the heated pool was not working for five days. It was finally repaired but at the end of our stay. St Augustine was a great place to visit especially during the holiday season.

The property was beautiful. We enjoyed both pools and access to the beach and local restaurants/shops. The condo was clean and spacious. The beds were a little firm and the pillows were a little flat..but that is personal preference. The guest bath could use a little updating but it worked well overall. Thank you for a nice stay!!

We have stayed at this condo for the last four years.It has been myself and two brothers and their spouses. In the past we have always been able to get an extra parking pass due to we all live in different towns. When we requested the extra parking pass we was told that management in no way would give us an extra parking pass.That we would have to park at our own risk and that the vehicle may be towed.I could understand if it was in the peak of season like July 4th. Not Oct.13th. The parking lot was never full. In the further we will look for another condo that the management appreciates your business.

Very clean, nicely decorated, good location and well equipped for all our needs. The outdoor amenities (pools and walk to beach) were nice and short walks. Beaches are lovely. Would recommend and go back in the future.

We had a wonderful time this condo. First of all, it was incredibly clean and welcoming when we arrived. The condo had everything we needed and more, to include items for the pool and beach. The beds were very comfy. The staff were kind and very responsive, even on the weekends. The condo is in a great location being on the ground floor and centrally located to everything on the property like the pools and beach. It is within a half mile Walking distance to several restaurants in the area and only a 10-12 minute drive to downtown and don’t forget the farmers market on Saturdays! Thank you so much for opening your home to us!! We would love to stay again!

We loved this condo. We have visited St. Augustine every year for the last 15 years, and this is our favorite condo by far. The property felt like a resort, and we all enjoyed the two pools and short walk to the beach. The interior of the condo was incredible. Everything is updated, and the condo is very spacious. We hope we can book this location every year!!

The condo was very clean, had nice modern touches and was well maintained. It had everything we needed. It was great to have access to 2 pools and the direct access to the beach was perfect. Communication was timely and helpful. We are already talking about when to book our next stay!

The condo complex is excellent and a great place for kids with 2 pools and beach and near the restaurants of St Augustine beach. I was disappointed by the absence of a grill, despite it being described in the listing as what better thing to do on a Florida beach evening than grill out?8

My sister and I with our husbands and our 95 yo mom stayed here it was great. The outdoor space was perfect. We had an issue with a bed and it was replaced the same day. The pool and beach were convenient. The condo was renovated. We had a wonderful stay

We loved the condo! Plenty of space, clean, comfortable and lots of extras! Loved hsvimg poops to choose from but spent most of the time at the beach. We rented surfboards for the teens, walked to local spots for food. Close drive to downtown as well. Hosts were very responsive and overall great stay! Would definitely stay again!

The unit was very clean. Well stocked With what we needed. Smaller than we thought but accommodated us perfectly, 4 adults a 1 and 2 year old. Patio was perfect with easy access to a wonderfully warm pool. The lagoon with the fish and turtles was so fun for the kids. Beach access very easy. We enjoyed our stay

Overall, this is an excellent unit. Problems that were encountered were promptly attended too. We missed not having an outside grill on the patio. The exhaust fans in the bathrooms should be stronger.

This condo was as pictured. All the comforts of home with everything you need and spotless. The location was perfect. Close enough to get to all the attractions. Easy walk to the beach. Love the large patio and view with easy access to the heated pool. The host was wonderful! Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our long weekend at this Ocean Villas condo at St Augustine beach. It was nice to be steps away from the heated pool and the fish and turtles in the pond were a fun surprise! Great location at the beach but close enough to local restaurants and historic downtown St Augustine! The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Once the importance of the # key was driven into our heads...everything went great. Although, the short walk to the beach was always a challenge. A detailed map to beach access would be a welcomed addition. We had a lovely time!

We enjoyed five nights over Thanksgiving in this unit. Wonderful location with great access to the beach. It is a well maintained unit in an older complex with nice pools. The kitchen and baths and flooring have been renovated. The communication with management was excellent. They promptly provided an item when we asked.

I loved this property. It was easy access to the parking and stairs-free. Nice appliances and bedding. Wish we had more time to spend. Pretty view of the pool. Good location and proximity to restaurants and attractions. I would stay here again.

This condo did not disappoint. Was very relaxing, clean and nicely decorated. The owner/mgmt company did everything to make you feel welcomed and like you were at home the moment you walked in and made sure to let you know they were available if you needed anything, even if was recommendations of places to go eat. We’ll definitely be coming back here.

The place was clean and had everything we needed. Great location, it was nice being close to the pool and wasn't a bad walk to the beach. Wish the rooms had blackout curtains. Would have helped getting the kids to nap better. Overall, very nice!
