We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well equipped. It had everything we needed. Property manager was very helpful and responded quickly to all of my questions. Wonderful location to watch the sunrise.

Loved the location and the unit. Edith was great to work with and very responsive on a couple questions we had. We will definitely stay here again when we return next time.

The condo was nice & clean with a balcony view. It was well stocked with kitchen and laundry supplies which was nice! It had a great indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. The kids really enjoyed the game room also.

It was a wonderful weekend and beautiful property

The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. Being on the beach was wonderful!

Perfect location, well appointed condo, easy check in, great communication with all necessary info with codes to pool gate, etc. Edith was great. Id rate this a 9.5. The only little issue was a small roach was present for a moment, then was gone.. never came back.

From the beginning, it was a seamless process. Very thorough communication throughout the trip. It was the small things that we noticed first. We arrived early and were able to get into the unit sooner than expected. The unit was pristine. There were oatmeal, k cups, and crackers in one of the kitchen drawers. There was also fish and laundry detergent there for us to use even though we brought our own. Also, there were extra throw blankets for us to use during our stay which was nice to have. Water pressure was great, the water was hot when we needed it to be. The WiFi was fast. All the tvs were smart tvs and easy to log into our accounts. Also, there were charging outlets on the headboards of the beds. To be quite frank, the unit left little to be desired.

Had the basics for what we needed plus for what we needed for a great vacation. Beautiful views, easy access to parking, close to shopping, restaurants & ebtertainment. Highly recommend.

We've stayed at several condos in CSW, and I'd say this is by far one of the nicest ones.The beds were really comfortable, and the condo was spotless.I recommend this unit over some on the higher floors. It is plenty high enough to enjoy the views, but not so high that you cant take the stairs when the elevators get busy (the building has made great improvements with the elevators over the years past).I would definitely recommend this condo.

Check in was through email. No issues and completely seamless. Definitely recommend.

Perfect stay

The condo was just as described. Very clean and comfortable wih great views of the gulf. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Edith was there to help with anything you needed!

Our entire stay the elevator was out which I know is no fault to the host. So many people were being rescued from higher floors and canceling their stays. My dad is 71 years old and it was his first trip ever to the beach. He went out to the water once but the walk back up all the stairs hurt his knees so bad he never once came down again. It was just disappointing as someone who loves Gulf Shores and wanted my family to love it to. Other than that, we thought the unit was beautiful, beds were comfy, and everything was clean. It’s a shame that the essentially 7 flights of stairs ruined going down to the beach/pool for everyone!!

Very clean and new

Everything was great! The room was very nice and had a beautiful view. We will absolutely stay here again! Only hiccup we encountered was one of the elevators kept breaking down so getting to our room took a while. Small piece of advice when that happens is what goes up, must come down ;) so get on the elevator even if it’s going in the wrong direction.

Last minute plans. Found this place for spring break not a lot of teenagers, so it was good for us

The property was clean and all updated. My kids had a great time in the pool, hanging on the beach and exploring the area. Edith was a gantastic host! Easy to communicate with, had lovely little extras (like kitchen, laundry and bathroom necessities we've never had anywhere else), and very accommodating! Thank you for a great stay!
