Remodeled Topsail Dunes Oceanfront Condo

Peaceful. Beautiful view. Quiet. Lovely beach.

Everything was great

The condo was in a quiet area of the island while amenities were close. Sitting on the balcony was like sitting on the beach. The sunrises over the water were beautiful every morning. The recliners in the picture have been replaced with a large sectional to our disappointment. The deeper seating often hurts our backs. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was comfortable and the showers had good water flow. It took us a while to find the elevator from the hosts directions. It is at the top of the ramp and only goes to the second story of the building (the ground floor is made up of the pilings the building is built on for flooding). The beach is beautiful and you can literally walk for miles in the sand. Would stay here again.

This condo had an unobstructed ocean view from the balcony--one of the best views of any beach condo I have rented. The host, Rick, was prompt in answering any questions I had, and gave spot on recommendations for restaurants that we might enjoy. The condo was equipped with anything one could possibly need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would recommend renting this beach condo for anyone who would like a relaxing time at the beach.

Beautiful view and great access to beach. Unit is well maintained, nicely equipped in kitchen area, well furnished. Nothing not to like. There is an elevator but it was rarely working. Not an issue unless you have mobility issues. Can’t count on not having to go up stairs, but it is a short one flight.

Topsail is magical.

Everything was perfect! We will definitely be back. Rick and Karen were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive on all messages. The unit was clean and perfectly equipped.

We had a great week! Check-in was easy. Host was easy to work with. Loved the ocean view! Condo is updated with a nice beachy theme. Went down to the beach each morning to watch the sunrise. Very relaxing listening to the waves from the balcony. Sad our week came to an end.

It was our second stay here and we enjoyed it as much as the first. Great access to the beach, not too busy and had everything we needed plus more. We will definitely be back!

We came for a friends trip, it was perfect! Pool and beach access, along with being exactly as advertised in the pictures.

What a great way to celebrate and regain my sanity back. Beautiful view, beautiful weather and the condo was clean and comfortable. Still off season so it quiet and peaceful also. The ocean washed up lots of treasures.

We had an amazing stay here for a long weekend. The place was clean and had good amenities. The balcony overlooking the ocean provided us excellent pace for relaxing. We will be back.

Great condo. Only issue was cleanliness. Cleaners could do a better job

I felt at home as soon as I walked in. Arrived late but I was looking forward to see the beach and ocean when I woke up. Loved the area and I met a lot of nice people. I would love to return. Thank you Rick & Karen

The dishwasher was not in good condition had to run dishwasher cleaner two times and had to dust the ceiling fans wash the floors screen door didn’t lock. The pots and pans were ok not new like picture. The statement on the website said newly updated which we thought the entire .apartment. This was BIGGEST DISSAPPOINMENT! The second bedroom full size bed only had a cushion for a mattress was not very supportive.

We enjoyed our stay at Rick and Karen’s. The unit was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being steps away from both the beach and pool access and would definitely stay here again!

The condo has everything you need!

This condo checked all the boxes just as it is described on the website. It was beautiful. We just love Topsail Dunes!
