Great location!

Very nice place. They had everything we needed

It is a 20 minute walking distance to Broadway . Owners need to replace linens and pillows . The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Would recommend special comfort pad for the sofa bed mattress. Patio furniture was very dusty and not attended to before we arrived.

Great location...a few minutes walk to the Listening Lounge Cafe...excellent songwriters venue. About 10 minutes walk to Broadway. Seemless communication with owner and nice accomodations.

Lodging was excellent. Great location that got us out of the Broadway Street crowd, but close enough we could walk to it. Room was spacious, well appointed and offered more amenities than we needed. Host was great to work with throughout the entire process.

Great stay

Everything about this stay was excellent. The host was answering questions literally before they were asked. The condo was larger than expected. The entire experience was hassle-free. Highly recommend and I will certainly return.

Very nice unit everything was neat and clean close to downtown. Just a short Uber ride for us due to a recent ankle surgery. Highly recommend Casey was a good host!

Pros: LOTS of detailed checkin info. and great communication with host. Parking was secure. Location was a decent walk to Broadway. But I have these complaints: 1. The sheets were not clean. 2. 1 towel dirty (smelled bad) 3. In the bathroom, a cabinet door was missing. 4. If you’re walking to/from Broadway at night, it felt a little unsafe. Lots of homeless people and no street lights for half the walk.

Perhaps THE most attentive & responsive VRBO host we’ve had. The property location is terrific, the apartment is very comfortable, clean & nicely laid out, bed & shower were terrific-no complaints! Casey was incredibly helpful and kind & I can’t thank him enough. Highly recommended and appreciated.

Condo was as advertised. Great location to downtown and freeway access. Property owner was very prompt with communication. Secure parking was very nice. Owner came through for us when we were in a bind! Laundry, full kitchen, wifi, smart TVs all easy to use.

Host was very accommodating and replied quickly to our requests.

Host was very welcoming and helpful. He allowed us to enter the place early as long as cleaners were done. Technology was impressive but could be intimidating if not familiar. The place was up to date, but not up to our standard for cleanliness( drapes were filthy & bed cover hadn’t been washed) . There were a couple of extra blankets in closet, but they were not freshly cleaned, either. There were a few broken things ( chipped cups, door to laundry needed both of us to open it, missing under sink door, a kitchen cabinet door needed to be tightened up & bathroom door was stuck open). Couch sagged in the middle and not very comfortable. It was very disappointing to find Bathroom towels limited since someone already wrote that in a review (only 3 bath, 1 hand & 2 face cloths) and no kitchen towels, not enough for 2 nevermind 4. Stuff under kitchen sink should cleaned out. (Grout & about 100 trash bags). The location was good & secure. We liked the gated parking space. I think it was mentioned, but if one is a light sleeper, it may be a challenge because it’s on a Main Street.

Great location for Ascend Ampitheater and all of Broadway. Parking is a plus. Owner extremely responsive. The rental could benefit from extras of everything - towels, sheets, dishwasher detergent, dish towels, lotions, laundry detergent, kleenex - there isnt an easy concenience store around. Very bare bones.

The property was clean and everything worked well. Nice walking distance into town. Kitchen is well organized and had everything we needed.

The wife and I were just revisiting Nashville. After a few drinks on Broadway, it was nice to just walk back.

Communication was easy and timely. We grabbed groceries and were able to subsidize our eating out costs by eating in too. Close walk to everything in downtown Nashville. Parking was easy and we felt secure in the area. Also a good home base for road trips. We did a few of those too.

This property was perfect for our stay in Nashville. It was comfortable, clean and roomy. It had everything we needed. Short walk to downtown and to the Nissan arena. Our host was very communicative. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice place to stay, easy walking distance to downtown!

The property is gated, and includes parking in the gated area. The unit was beautiful and clean! We had a 10 - 15 minutes walk to Broadway, always felt safe. Communication with the host was great. My daughter and I came back late one night and received a low battery message on the check in pad to our unit. We messaged the host and he was there the next day to replace the battery and asked if there was anything else we needed. We had a wonderful stay!

Can’t beat the location of this property. We walked to Bridgestone Arena and the bars on Broadway. The rental is clean and comfortable. The property is gated which was a nice added safety feature. Parking was easy. The owner gave us good directions and was easy to reach. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Very secure, welcoming and roomy. Gated parking along with ally spaces equally safe feeling. Gate control and parking sticker were not a hassle at all.We were spending the evening on Broadway and the location was spot on. Very easy walk. We had a short visit so the coffee pot was only kitchen appliance used. Table area was a very comfortable space to work from. Living room space spacious, comfortable beds, bathroom very tidy.

We are not people who party so it was nice to see the sites and hear the music, but it was just as nice to have a place to go back to that had all the amenities of home.

The rental is bright, airy, and very comfortable. It was clean and the shower/water pressure was excellent!Appreciated the owners super quick and helpful communications & they resolved our one issue immediately. Private parking and secured entrances to the property made me way more comfortable. If the weather’s good, it’d be an easy walk to downtown, which is a big win!

Casey was a good host! Very communicative, including good with getting back to you quickly. The unit was located not too far from downtown, so we chose to walk there multiple days during our stay, which was quite convenient!

White noice machine was a nice touch to eliminate city sounds. Good neighborhood and it’s in a secure condo property with gated parking if desired. Check inout were seamless. Great communication with the manager. We would definitely stay again!

Super comfortable place in a great neighborhood which was convenient to all the great places to see in Nashville. The unit was relatively large for the two of us so we had room to spread out. Although we only used the kitchen for breakfast, it was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable as well. The host was great at communicating to us with information about the unit and the complex. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfy spot that’s close to downtown. I was here for a conference and it was a simple walk to the music city center. The husk restaurant right next to it is a fantastic spot! 10/10 for the price would stay again.

We were in town for a convention. We enjoyed our stay here! Secure parking, very convenient location, EXCELLENT communication with the property manager, very easy check in, an overall great experience!

Nice property and close to Broadway Street. Place was clean and communication with owners was prompt and friendly. The only reason I’m giving it for stars is because there were only three towels. There were two of us at the site and we were there for 2 1/2 days and would prefer not to have to do laundry. Also, there was no welcome gift/snack snacks/water.. I’ve stayed in quite a few VRB’s and typically there’s a basket of goodies/water just to get you through the first night until you got acclimated with the area. Other than that, the place is very nice and perfect if you’re looking to walk to downtown Nashville/Broadway Street.

Getting in and out of the property was easy. The location was great, lots within walking distance. Loved the stay all around, very accommodating! The property manager was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and very communicative.

This place was exactly as depicted! We stayed for 4 nights - its clean, spacious and very comfortable. Nice to have a little patio space. Bed was comfy, wifi was good, shower was nice. Its a 10-15 minute walk to Broadway and all the fun stuff but be aware that its downhill to get downtown but uphill to return to the condo. Those with mobility issues might find this challenging. Host communication was lightning fast! We would stay again. Overall, fantastic stay!

The location is perfect for those who want to explore Nashville on foot. We found ourselves easily walking to a variety of neighborhoods, all filled with vibrant music, great food, and plenty to discover. We didn’t need a car at all during our stay, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We loved staying at this beautiful property! It was very clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay! It was such a short walk to visit great restaurants, Broadway street, the Music hall of fame, and so much more! Free onsite parking was a major plus, as parking downtown can be very expensive. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit Nashville! Thanks for the great hospitality!

Easy check-in process close to downtown good location very nice place to stay

We stayed here for our weekend trip and the location was perfect! We were walking distance to Broadway and all of the areas with restaurants and shops! The decor was super nice and the bed was comfortable! The only thing to be aware of, the condo is right next to a super noisy road with a fire hall. The host did a great job with providing a sound machine to drown the noise, but definitely something to know about!!

Fabulous stay. Convenient location to everything we wanted to do. Walked to brewery and Broadway (and quick Uber home). Good space for us to hang out in between outings. Plus a comfortable bed.

Been to Nashville quite a few times and this spot was amazing. Within walking distance to a lot of fun places downtown Nashville and Casey was very responsive! I loved my stay here.

Only 15 minutes from the airport and close to some cool places. The Goat is good food, 3rd and Lindsley and Southern collective spirits are right around the corner. Host was very responsive and very helpful. Great place to stay.
