REMODELED OCEANFRONT UNIT WITH BEACH SVC. IN SEASON AND SAT/SAT STAYS.

Communication was exceptional!! Not only rapid host response to inquiries, but also proactive communication of other information. We found the unit to be better than represented by the photos (and it looked quite nice in the photos or we would not have chosen it). Just about everything is higher end quality. Unit was clean, clean, clean. Master shower is fabulous -- huge, top end tile and wonderful rain shower head. Guest bath presented as meh in photos, but much, much better in person. If you are a current/retired NBA player, this is the place for you -- 9' ceilings with 8' doors (don't know that I've ever seen an 8' door before). Covered balcony is comfortably furnished and offers protection from the sun -- great view of the beach/gulf. Grounds are wonderful -- nicely landscaped with amazing pool smaller heated pool hot tub. Check in and parking was easy.We highly recommend this unit.

Great condo on the beach! Very clean and nicely remodeled. Plenty of space for a family of 4. The pools and hot tub were great as well. We loved the fireplaces and the large balcony. The only thing that could have made our stay even better was maybe a couple plastic plates and cups for the kiddos, some beach toys, and maybe a couple board games or a puzzle. It was wonderful though and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this unit.

The unit was beautiful! One of the prettiest units we have stayed in. The view was really pretty also.

Only thing missing in condo unit was a CD player...The Crescent needs a ramp down to the beach.....elimate those steps!

Great property nicely maintained! Staff was excellent from check in desk to the beach staff and grounds crew. Loved the workout room too!

Property was very conveniently located. Beach access very easy and the chairs and umbrellas provided on the beach were a bonus. Had internet issues which were promptly resolved. More towels were needed and provided but not until mid week. Pillows on bed desperately need updated. Overall very nice and would recommend to others.

We had a great time at the Crescent. It was a beautiful condo and we liked that it was only 4 floors. My only recommendation would be to possibly leave a bracelet or 2 in the condo. You can’t check in until 4, front desk staff leaves at 5 and doesn’t come back till 9. When you’re traveling that one hour is a very short window.

Our beautiful condo facilities were more than sufficient. Our families of 10 enjoyed the enjoyed the two condos we rented, the beach, and the pool. Our grandchildren, ages 5-7 enjoyed spending time with other guests children at the pool and the beach. The site is clean, safe and inviting for families. Thank you for having such fine facilities and for the secure operations at the site.

Location of the Crescent is ideal. Landscaping and grounds maintenance are great features. Our host,Marcia,was wonderful to work with. The unit looks like something that you would like to live in. Highly recommend this unit and this hostess for your stay..!

This unit was one of the nicest condos I've ever stayed in. Had everything you could think of. Furniture and beds were very comfortable, and view was incredible. The complex has an amazing pool and the chairs and umbrella were a wonderful plus. Will stay here in the future!!!

Condo was newly remodeled and very comfortable.

The unit is beautifully decorated and peaceful. Great views, and the pool and beach service were so nice to have. The location is great near shops and restaurants and right next door to the Surf Hut restaurant. The only recommendation for improvement is that the washing machine could use a good cleaning. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Miramar Beach!

This was my first time in Miramar, with my family. After staying at 414, I will say there is no other place I will want to stay at Mirmar. First, the very spacious condo is immaculate with beautiful decor! The home was very clean, and that alone helped me feel like I could relax and enjoy the entire week. The view from the condo was perfect. Whether you were in the kitchen, living room or master bedroom you had an amazing view of the ocean! The deck was also spacious, and we would enjoy our coffee out on it each morning. The owners did an amazing job on the remodel. Both bathrooms were very large and there were many large closets with tons of storage to place all your belongings. The pool and ocean reminded me of resorts I have stayed at in the Caribbean and Mexico. For anyone considering this condo…GO FOR IT!! I have already recommended it to several of my friends!! I could honestly go on and on about the love I have for 414! We will be back! The host was wonderful, and responded very quickly to any questions I had! Thank you for sharing your lovely home! We will be back!!
