    This is the perfect place if you're not into the Kaanapali resort scene. It's off the beaten path, and that to us is a wonderful thing. The unit is great for larger families or a group of good friends. There are many amenities such as a drip coffee maker and water boiler. There's a public beach just down the road, easily walkable if you're not packing a lot of stuff along with you. Otherwise just take the car. This is one of those places I almost hate to leave a glowing review for because I selfishly want it to be available the next time we come to Maui. Highly recommended.

    It was an amazing location, to hear the sound of the ocean out on the lanai was so incredibly soothing.The ice machine stopped working when we were there, we let them know and it was serviced and got it working very quick.Safeway is 15 minutes away which has lots of good choices. It has 3 separate bedrooms which was so good for our family.

    Good: The view is amazing. You can hear the waves crashing all night long. The location is not really busy and is 15 minutes from everything you will need. We walked up to the shops by the aquarium and had the best shave ice on the island. The pool is nice and 8' deep! It is a great family location.Bad: The property is showing some wear and tear. The guest room with the full bed was not too comfortable but the king bed seemed much better. Beach chairs are rusty, and straps are broken. A little paint and touch ups would do a lot.

    The owner was so great to work with, extremely helpful and responsive. The location is perfect. Theres a lovely aquarium, marina, and restaurants are walking distance (we ate at Tantes twice). We were able to easily visit north and south shores, as well as enjoy a reasonable day trip to Hana. We stayed a full 7 days and with 7 people things could've gotten hairy, but the spacious layout of the condo helped us feel very comfortable. It was very clean, bathrooms and kitchen cabinets were updated. It has a well-appointed kitchen which we did most of our meals from. We made good use of the weber grill by the pool and met some lovely neighbors. We enjoyed coming home at the end of each day to unwind from a busy day. Watching the evening sky and city lights across the bay was one of my favorite things to do on Maui. Another favorite thing to do was sit on the well-manicured grass at the sea wall and watch the big sea turtles. All around spectacular stay!

    This was my fifth trip to Maui and I had always stayed West Side previously. Due to the tragic fires we kept the plans but changed locations. Maalaea and this condo are a gem! This area of Maui might be my new favorite location due to its excellent close beach, quiet and safe neighborhood, and excellent proximity to the entire island. My family and I had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.

    The location of this property was great. We had to make a last minute move due to the fires, and this worked out greatly to our benefit. It was much more centrally located. The space seemed to be decorated recently enough and wasn’t outdated or overly themed. It was very nice to have a cooler available to pack when we dove the Road to Hana. Our 3 kids enjoyed they each had their own bed and didn’t need to sleep on a rollout couch. As a family of 5 it’s often difficult to find places with enough space for 3 ((almost)) teenagers. We were able to travel lighter because of the washer and dryer and appreciated detergent being there for us. The space was truly stocked with things we needed. There were sugar ants when we arrived and continued to be a problem during the week despite not leaving food out. The guess bath had an odor that wouldn’t leave for the week we were there, so we used the air freshener spray that was available. The master bath shower had a leak spray that points directly to the ceiling leaving water droplets and should probably be addressed sooner rather than later. Overall, this was a fantastic space and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

    This property is such an amazing view of the ocean. The property is very well maintained. I definitely will be back some day!!!! Josh and Jason are so amazing and helpful!!
