The room was overall clean but more attention to deep cleaning would be helpful. The cleaning crew needs to take a little more time with this. The toilet paper holder in the second bathroom looked as if it has never been wiped off. The floor in the main shower needs scrubbed. The mattresses in the bunk room need to be replaced and the bedroom ones too. The blinds also need replaced so no one can look in while walking by. More teaspoons would be great cause little mouths can’t use big spoons very well. The rug in the living room needs cleaned and maybe a smaller table in the dining would help with room to move around the table. There are bar stools so a smaller table would work. The curtains over the sliding doors need to go all the way to the walls. This is so it doesn’t let light in for those sleeping in the living room.

Perfect place to stay. Beautiful condo directly on beach. Lots of covered parking. Two pools, two hot tubs. Chair rental made it so easy to relax all day. Short drive to everything. Perfect location. Will stay here again!

The host communicated with me quickly when I asked questions prior to my trip. The unit is nice and so is the property. Great view and loved having multiple elevators to access. Sadly, the big pool was closed all the days. It appeared dirty on the bottom but was only attended to a little while on Saturday and they did not complete. One of my main expectations in renting is cleanliness. It appeared vacuuming was not done properly due to rugs being full of hair and food we found on the floor upon arrival.Also baseboards need a good cleaning. One other suggestion is replacing grout in bathrooms. It is black around the master shower.

The view was amazing and the location was close to everything! Would definitely stay here again.

This is my first time leaving a review and I was very disappointed considering the price we paid for it. Upon checking in I reached out to the owner stating the room was not cleaned to our satisfactory or smell clean. I received an email back asking if I found glasses that the previous people left in the condo. The owner never offered to send the cleaning person back or to attempt to make the experience better. I had to go out and buy towels and wash clothes due to hair being in the them, mold in the master shower, floor smelled like urine, blood spots on sheets which resulted in me buying sheets, 2nd bathroom the toilet would not flush had to go buy a plunger. The condo pools were nasty with balls of hair floating around and rude staff. I did not take pictures due to unaware that was an option for the review.

This was our second time renting this condo! Scott is very attentive he answered any questions I had very quickly. The condo was perfect for our family. The beds were amazing. I honestly am sad I am back home to my bed and thinking I need a new mattress now. Even my infant took amazing naps on the king bed! I will say lighthouse all together has made some great changes with security however a lot of the security officers are very rude and it gets annoying being hounded at the pool every 30 minutes to show your braclets when we sat in the same exact place. That’s the only negative thing I have to say. We are looking forward to next year!

Close to the beach, easy to walk to dinner, good pools, the kids loved it and so did we.

Great location on the beach. Unit was well stocked and worked great for our family of 6 (kids ages 9-11). We all loved our stay here!

The process of renting this condo was easy, however, I was super disappointed in the bunk room. We’ve stayed at other condos with bunk rooms and it has worked out perfectly, but the bunks in this condo are SMALL! They are not normal sized bunks, and my teenage boys did NOT fit, leaving us without beds for everyone in our family. The bunks were custom made to fit a VERY small space. Small, young kids will fit in the bed, but even the space from the bottom bunk to the top bunk seems awfully small. The mattresses are not normal twin sized mattresses. We rented this condo for our family of 5, and it unfortunately, didn’t work out for us due to the bunk sizes. Super disappointing!

This was our third year to rent a condo at The lighthouse and it was our favorite one. It was clean, attractively furnished, and well- appointed with kitchen gadgets. Scott was very accommodating and check in and check out were a breeze. This location right on the beach with nearby dining is fabulous. I highly recommend this rental.
