Remodeled 2 bd / 2 bath condo only 10 minute walk to the Courthouse Square!

The condo was very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown and loved being across the street from Lazy G. The fireplace was cozy on a cold night. It was a nice relaxing visit to Prescott!

Can’t say enough GREAT about this place and the host and owner! First i want to say this location is very close to HOSPITAL so that if anyone needs to stay close to a loved one who is sick or having surgery this is a great location. Straight shot and close.Second the communication was incredible. It was as if I pressed send to ask a question and the answer was there before i could look up front my phone to wait. Very fast responses and that was before, during, ands after stay! Human side: i was in town during Christmas not by choice but due to emergency. The kindness the host and owner extended me was above and beyond any words! The place: amazing and clean and inviting. I don’t leave any feedback about clean unless it’s really really clean as I’m a freak about clean! Neighbors are great! My husband helped a lady with her Christmas lights and that made our day. Best place ever don’t miss out! If you are blessed enough that this place is available you are going to be very pleased!!

We loved this property! Updated and lovely. Quiet neighbors. Loved sitting on the porch in the mornings with coffee and watching the various birds come to the neighbor’s feeder. And it is only walking distance to a great restaurant/brewery!

We are longtime Prescott residents who needed a place to stay while the floors in our home were refinished. We are glad we found this VRBO that was centrally located to everywhere you would want to go in Prescott.The owner has done a terrific job renovating and furnishing this condo. Upon arrival we found a welcome bottle of wine and snack tray, as well as bathroom amenities and a supply closet with extra towels, cleaning supplies and board games. We appreciated and used the new, upgraded stainless steel appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we cooked nearly all of our meals during our stay, happy that we did not have to run to the nearby grocery store to buy anything but food. The Tuft & Needle mattresses and bed linens were very comfortable.The condo complex was very quiet, and the buildings and grounds were well-maintained. Steve and Michelle were responsive to our questions and minor needs. We highly recommend this condo.

These owners do everything right: modern clean decor, new comfortable beds and bedding, plush towels, new kitchen appliances, informative notes, items for your convenience in bathrooms, plus snacks, wine, Keurig, big TVs. Perfect for 2 couples. Walking distance to Prescott's best brew pub (Lazy G's). Nice creekside trail direct to one of our favorite restaurants (El Gato Azul) and the main town square. If we have future multiple night stays in Prescott, this would be our first choice.

We stayed for a short weekend trip and wish we could have stayed longer! The description given by property owner is straight forward and accurate.

Centrally located to everything we needed.

Our stay was for a week and it was so seamless and easy and comfortable! The beds were comfortable, the property very well stocked and so clean! We really appreciated the nice to have amenities. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!
