Walking distance to the beach. Cleanliness could have been better. The bed and sofas had lots of dog hair.

Everything was just right and the property was excellent. I’ll do this every time from now on with the beach access and chair service made it great.

What a cool little neighborhood/community! We loved the proximity to the beach and the ease of chair/umbrella rental. The multiple pools were all sparkling clean. I didn’t get a chance to play golf, but I will be back to play 9 holes.

Great property with easy beach access. Also 5 pools to choose from. Sand flea is a great spot for lunch. Would highly recommend staying on this property.

Reviewer Comments: WE STAYED HERE DURING A WEEK, THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT BECAUSE EVERY THING WAS VERY CLOSE AND HAVE A PRIVATE BEACH WHICH IS GREAT, YOU CAN GO AND SEE THE SUNSENT AND SUNRISE. IT IS LITERLY IN THE HEART OF DESTIN THAT'S TRUE WE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT DIFERENTS BEACHES. THE STUDIO WAS PERFECT FOR 2 PEOPLE, WE WERE 3 AND WE FELT A LITLE SQUEEZED, BUT IT WORKED BECAUSE WE WERE JUST WOMENS. THE ONLY THING THAT I SHOULD SAY, BRING YOUR OWN ITEMS LIKE SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, AND SPONGE, AS THEY DON'T PROVIDE EVEN THE SMALL VERSION, THERE IS NO WASHER OR DRYER INSIDE THE UNIT SO YOU MUST BRING ENOUGH CLOTHES OR BE WILLING TO GO TO THE LAUNDRY TO WASH. THE BED IS NOT THAT COMFORTABLE AND THE ROOM IS A LITTLE HOT DURING THE SUMMER ALSO THE TOILET IS A BIT DEFICIENT DURING MY STAY I HAD TO USE THE PLUNGER ON ONE OPPORTUNITY.

The place was amazing

Condo was extremely small. Bathroom needs attention. Towel rack was coming out of the wall, toilet didn’t flush correctly and not bolted to the floor. Wooden chair on the balcony falling apart. Convenient location. Security nice and helpful

Reviewer Comments: Todo estaba bien Solo que las cobijas un poco viejas y manchadas el sillón roto no se veía bonito y la TV los controles de mando no funcionaban no pudimos ver Netflix ni ninguna otra movie al menos solo miramos la Conmebol pero mi hijo no pudo ver sus películas de ahí en adelante todo estuvo bien. Se que pueden hacerlo mejor ! Para la siguiente obviamente iremos a ese mismo lugar

My husband and I haven't been away in quite sometime now. We were looking to find something cozy and affordable near the beach. This was the perfect spot. for our 3 night stay. We were nervous because they listed a 4 pm check-in. We arrived 2 1/2 hours later. No worries We did a temporary check-in at the security gate and was instructed that we could finish up the next morning. Everything was as listed in the pictures. We will definitely come back. Might I also mention Destin, Fla. was a beautiful city with plenty to do.
