Stayed Jul 11, 2024Property was great. Everything you need. Location is excellent about a 1/4 mile walk to beach. Pickleball courts and pool nearby. LaPaz has fantastic breakfast foods.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable,roomy,and a wonderful view! Also has free beach rental and a washer and dryer, those are the two things I look for in renting!The only thing we found to be odd is the toilet sits very low, but hey, we managed,lol!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was a breeze. Even allowed to check in much earlier than expected! Once entering the condo, there was a piece of flooring missing and trim pieces sitting up against wall with nails sticking out. Had to move it because we have a baby. Condo only stocked with one trash bag which was not ideal. Floor was pretty dirty (my baby’s feet were black from crawling) but other than that it was a great stay. Our condo also did not lock from the outside. This wasn’t a huge deal because we felt safe enough to leave unlocked while we were gone.
